The ease of use. It shows everyone on the team with one click. Scheduling is made super easy.

The lag of the mobil app is frustrating at times

The ease of a one stop online scheduling software for the whole team.

**What do you like best about Office Tracker?**

We can schedule anything on this tool like rooms, staff vacations, project deadlines, staffing, internal project events, and it makes sure that everyone's appointment is fixed and confirmed in the team and the office is up to date. It solves everyone's scheduling problem, and we have a great and smooth day!

**What do you dislike about Office Tracker?**

I don't have anything to dislike about this tool. It just makes our day so easy, and also, it is constructive in the current situation for employees having WFH!

**What problems is Office Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team is scheduling events, meetings, rooms, and everyone is aware of the day, and there is no conflict or problem about anything among the team members.

**What do you like best about Office Tracker?**

It is easy to use in terms of its basic functionality. Easy to have multiple people in your company have access and make changes as needed.

**What do you dislike about Office Tracker?**

I feel like there's only so much you can do with each appointment. I wish there was a better way to keep track of additional info beyond dates/times.  It doesn't work for our region due to those data limitations. Sometimes it feels clunky where details are easily lost. 

**Recommendations to others considering Office Tracker:**

Customize the program for what you need out of it.

Company-wide access for scheduling. It was really streamlined the work process for multiple departments.

**What do you like best about Office Tracker?**

I used Office Tracker as an administrator for a small business to schedule parents and tutors. It was very easy to use. I like how easy it was to find student's schedules, their information when you needed it. Office Tracker also allowed one to schedule appointments up to a year in advance. The software was very easy to use and everything was there at the click of a mouse. The software also kept track of students' schedules (their availability) as well as the tutor' availability. It was wonderful to use and efficient. It also had a database of information which included client information as well as tutor(staff) information. 

**What do you dislike about Office Tracker?**

I don't know if there was anything that I didn't dislike except for the fact that the information was software that could be breached or updates to be done with it, which could prevent from using it right away, which might meant losing money since the software and its information would be unavailable. 

**Recommendations to others considering Office Tracker:**

Be aware that there could be a downside to using software; updates that could create an inconvenience to your company. 

**What problems is Office Tracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I worked for was solving a way to keep all information together in one spot. There was a downside to using the software and that was that there could be a time when the information could be unavailable.
