While navigating around the platform I have encountered one drawback that need to be acted upon for better future of the platform. The support system is a bit slow and hard to reach as the customers have to reach them through email which take time for them to respond which is a bit frustrating at times. There are very few things I liked about this software.

1. it's have alot of features regarding management like training management, content management, Presentation management and etc which very useful for users who are dealing with small size business.

2 . It's cloud based storage is very useful for storing the data and files securely and it helps to save the device storage capacity.

3. This software is also available in mobile app store so users can access there files presentation and everything from there cellphone anywhere and anytime.

4. It provides free demo version fir the users which is s very good thing it helps users to get familiar with rhe software before purchasing the paid version.

5. It's auto saving tools is very good for securing the files and data .

There are fee things which I don't like about this app are

1. First of all this app and software is only supported in android and windows it is not supported in ios Mac or Linus which is a very shameful thing. Software like this should be available for every operating system.

2. Users have to buy the paid version in order to use the software continuously and it's paid version package is monthly or yearly basis there is nothing a one time package which helps to get rid off the payment very month or year.

3. Support system of the software is very poor we can only get in touch with customer support through email not from phone or app nothing which is not good coz through email it takes alot of timr to get any solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
