The software provides varies management features that include training, content, presentation hence more beneficial to many users that are dealing with small businesses. The platform enables users to access their presentation and files without much of a struggle as it is accessible in mobile app store. **What do you dislike about OctaSales?** While navigating around the platform I have encountered one drawback that need to be acted upon for better future of the platform. The support system is a bit slow and hard to reach as the customers have to reach them through email which take time for them to respond which is a bit frustrating at times. **What problems is OctaSales solving and how is that benefiting you?** Octasales is beneficial tool to companies as it helps users in improving their meeting and presentation helping team management and content organization hence smooth collaboration enabling each individual to be on the same page. It's cloud based storage is very useful for storing the data and files securely and it helps to save the device storage capacity. 3. This software is also available in mobile app store so users can access there files presentation and everything from there cellphone anywhere and anytime. 4. It provides free demo version fir the users which is s very good thing it helps users to get familiar with rhe software before purchasing the paid version. 5. It's auto saving tools is very good for securing the files and data . 6. It also have template tools nd users can create those own templates nd slides as per their preference. **What do you dislike about OctaSales?** There are fee things which I don't like about this app are 1. First of all this app and software is only supported in android and windows it is not supported in ios Mac or Linus which is a very shameful thing. Software like this should be available for every operating system. 2. Users have to buy the paid version in order to use the software continuously and it's paid version package is monthly or yearly basis there is nothing a one time package which helps to get rid off the payment very month or year. 3. Support system of the software is very poor we can only get in touch with customer support through email not from phone or app nothing which is not good coz through email it takes alot of timr to get any solutions. **Recommendations to others considering OctaSales:** Users dealing with marketing agency and small business should go with this app. This app provides a great support in the files of managing the presentation , video editing, content , team and everything and it also have very amazing tools for presentations and cloud storage systems. **What problems is OctaSales solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems which I've solved with this software. 1. It helped me in my meeting and presentation and managing the team and content. 2. It managing tools are outstanding and very helpful in managing a company's day to day life. 3.
