What do you dislike about NTT Security?
After the first 2 years NTT became non-responsive. By year 3 their NIDS appliance stopped reporting any traffic and wasn't even alerting when it was completely unplugged. Access to their internal portal was locked out and a ticket to just have a password reset so that we could look at past tickets took 3 months. Every person we'd worked with was let go an none of the phone numbers worked. Dialing their main 8xx number multiple times a day just went to the same answering service who would either transfer to full voicemail boxes or take a message that was never returned. In the last 6 months we received no service, couldn't get in contact with anyone, and honestly thought they might have just shut down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Recommendations to others considering NTT Security:
Give NTT a pass. There are several other good MSSPs to go with instead. One of our QSA's said it best that "NTT is okay, provided you're willing to constantly manage how they help you manage security." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What problems is NTT Security solving and how is that benefiting you?
