Helped us find niche product. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** Their director of accounting and revenue assurance is unsympathetic and willing to bill a company struggling to make payroll an interest charge. They have no CRM and couldn't even keep track of a POC for the company, didn't even reach out to me as the CIO before billing. While this happened, their sales team tried to sell us more products. While I do understand the need to do business, I think business context is very important. We are an airline who had to lay off 2/3 of our staff and is going through a partial acquistion/merger to survive. In hearing this, literally, ALL of our other IT vendors, for MUCH larger accounts payable, have provided relief. I was surprised when my rep reached out and offered to relook our pricing and actually cut our costs and helped us lock in the new fees for our next horizon of tech refresh. AS I was considering a new colocation for our disaster recovery site, OneNeck will be at the top of my list for consideration. **What do you like best about OneNeck IT Solutions?** They are proactive and clearly the data center operations and security are world class. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** We haven't really had any issues that have gone on unresolved. They have always been a key partner in planning and implementing within IT Infrastructure. Storage, backup and compute solutions are key areas where One Neck has provided an excellent partnership with us. We recently hired OneNeck to complete our backup augmentation with Cohesity. We relied on their services in order to implement the product. **What do you like best about OneNeck IT Solutions?** Presales engineering is excellent and well represented by our sales representative. Our sales rep provides several engineering resources if we need them. OneNeck always looks out for our best interests by putting themselves into our shoes. We have worked with OneNeck for many years, and they understand our business and how we prefer to operate. OneNeck partners with key manufacturers and brings them to the table when we are discussing technology. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** They are flexible with their business practices. Quotations for services, software, and hardware are always timely. Our relationship is a true partner environment where we both speak our thoughts, wants, and needs. I get tons of cold calls from manufacturers, resellers, and researchers. We have realized both capital and operating expense savings. OneNeck helps us to provide enterprise storage at a competitive price and makes it a no-brainer for us to do on-premise storage when compared to the costs of cloud storage. ### 6. Our company has started out just moving our server and server management off site in one of their data centers. Since then they manage our backups and recovery, have migrated servers to newer operating systems, implemented new server farms for applications, implemented VDI solutions, managed switches. Assisting with a hybrid exchange to 365 project eventually including all of microsoft 365 implementation. Also helped us with MDM solution for all our cell phones, ipads, laptops and now looking at migrating to something easier to deploy and less expensive. Need new hardware at various locations, so they are doing the heavy lifting and staging Domain Controllers for us so that takes pressure off of our team trying to update 12 locations. **What do you like best about OneNeck IT Solutions?** They are helping us grow and brings new technologies to an ever changing market. Project Management keeps us on track on time and on budget. Kudos to Geoff, Matthew, Jonathan, Kris, John U, John F, Steven, Daryll and a few other engineers that have assisted with many more projects without them I couldn't have supported our company's growth. Looking to change our network infrastructure to keep flexible and reduce cost, their team is helping us look at it and implement. while saving money. Our team is stretched thin and constantly putting out fires, making it challenging to get other business essential processes analyzed and solutions found to make our company stand out. Again we find we can ask reach out to One Neck on any topic and they have a partner or know of a product that might help us. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** Sometimes we get off track with timing but usually due to both sides having busy schedules. One Neck hits the mark on most items. **Recommendations to others considering OneNeck IT Solutions:** If you have trouble managing and implementing a project - One Neck can keep you moving forward to hit the end goal with project success. If looking for data center locations to take servers out of your building. This was a very easy process and was extremely successful. **What problems is OneNeck IT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were easily able to with our VDI solution get users working from home quickly during this pandemic. A key resource in our business staying open. Benefits I have been able to keep a smaller staff with their services. We don't have to know everything they have people that specialize in the specific topics and are good at just that. Regular monthly patching and security is monitored and completed. They are handing backup and quarterly testing that recovery is possible. Our small IT staff has our business knowledge which is difficult when bringing new people on board so having One Neck do the day to day keeps us focused on our business and ways to improve on our customer service. ### 7. They stay up-to-date with all of their training, so they can always give the best recommendations. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** We dislike it when people get promoted, we miss having them in their old position. **Recommendations to others considering OneNeck IT Solutions:** We are a small IT staff servicing over 300 local and remote users with PC’s, rugged tablets, iPads, etc. We also do in-house programming for our main business application and web portals for customers and employees. All three of us know a little bit about all of the various IT related functions, but none of us is an expert in any area. That’s where we rely on OneNeck. OneNeck has people that know us and know our business. They have great employee retention, so the people we work with today, we have worked with in the past. We value and trust their opinion and see them as “our experts” in every area. Whether it is asking for advice when considering a new backup solution or making a frantic call when we have a major problem, OneNeck is always there for us. **What problems is OneNeck IT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our last couple of problems have dealt with anti-virus/anti-malware solutions, backup solutions for remote users and our newest project where we are installing a Cisco voice system. We benefit from their knowledge and experience in areas where we do not have expertise. We feel much more confident with the endpoint protection service they recommended. Our backups are much more reliable, so we don't spend as much time troubleshooting. ### 8. We also utilize them for consulting services at times. **What do you like best about OneNeck IT Solutions?** OneNeck has a more hands on approach for scoping hardware and software than a big box reseller like CDW and so I feel comfortable with their solutions. OneNeck is able to resell a fairly wide variety of technology so we can use them for the majority of tasks. Our datacenter hosting and connectivity has been extremely reliable. I don't feel pressure that I have to go with their solution as we typically try to get multiple bids and options on most projects. Their project management team has also been very helpful and they keep things moving and communication flowing. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** Quote turnaround time can be lengthy at times. There has been some churn with our OneNeck team the past year or so and I feel the relationship is not as strong as it used to be. **Recommendations to others considering OneNeck IT Solutions:** OneNeck is a reseller like many others. If you already utilize a lot of what they sell, they are a great option. The amount of services and technology they can resell is growing. Make sure to give them a timeline and hold them to it as they can let pre-sale projects slip a bit. **What problems is OneNeck IT Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main service is colocation. There are no questions from examiners for physical security. Locations are convenient and have a wide variety of connectivity options from providers. ### 10. Awesome Partner!! We have built an excellent relationship with OneNeck, and it's nice to be able to call upon them for their expertise in networking, data center, and unified communications. I contact my assigned account manager and he takes care of it. I like the pro-active service - I didn't have to ask for monthly check-ins and reviews, OneNeck set that up and came to each meeting prepared with all the outstanding issues. **What do you dislike about OneNeck IT Solutions?** Not much. Our hardest part was the discussion about moving away from OneNeck, but some of the difficulty was ourselves not knowing exactly what we wanted. ### 20.
