The services offered are indeed top-tier, but the cost might deter some companies. **What problems is Cybriant solving and how is that benefiting you?** My experience with Cybriant has generally been positive. Its all encompassing cybersecurity solutions, real time threat detection, and detailed reporting have bolstered our security defenses. Everyone you speak with is friendly helpful and they make you feel like they are part of your team. **What do you dislike about Cybriant?** Can't say anything bad about them. Every time we had needed them they have been there. **Recommendations to others considering Cybriant:** I would highly recommend Cybriant. In fact anytime that I am speaking with people and the topic comes us, I tell them about Cybriant and the great relationship I have with them. **What problems is Cybriant solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are our 24/7/365 SOC. we could not afford the level of service that we are getting from them on our own. Better pricing packages for users. **Recommendations to others considering Cybriant:** The only recommendation I have is to do your research the software will meet all your needs. **What problems is Cybriant solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that Cybriant was going to solve for us is monitoring for cyber attacks, keeping up to date with the latest threats and meeting CMMC/NIST compliance. We don't always get PS when ordering a new product, but with AlienVault that is neceassry. After a little market research, we discovered Cybriant. They were able to help identify weak points and develop a deployment plan to get us the coverage we needed as quickly as possible. **What do you like best about Cybriant?** It does so much: cloud security, endpoint protection, detection AND prevention... we hear from Cybriant about zero-day vulnerabilities before our antivirus! **What do you dislike about Cybriant?** Besides the cost (you do get a lot, however), the learning curve was pretty steep, for me at least. **What problems is Cybriant solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I started at the company, there was no distributed platform for detecting and preventing intrusion or full-on attacks. Not only do we get this with Cybriant MDR, there is an agent we can deploy on any endpoint on most platforms. The team was engaged, friendly, competent, and available whenever we needed it. They even agreed to a late afternoon meeting on a Friday right before Christmas!
