**What do you like best about Corsica Technologies?**

I use Corsica Technologies to manage our active directory. Corsica helps us maintain our active directory including locations, roles, and managers. They manage the technical inner workings of the system so we don't have to. Everyone I have worked with at Corsica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they are very timely with their responses. Corsica has a clear system for making updates for changes and new hires, so we don't have to update the system. They supported us in building and implementing an AI agent that will help our staff search more meaningfully for information in our wiki. I like Corsica's ticketing system because it's easy for me to submit and check back on issues. I also really appreciate their help with launching this AI agent.

Corsica Technologies manages our active directory, which includes updates for changes and new hires, freeing us from technical tasks. I've had multiple calls with different employees, and each has handled everything with courtesy, efficiency, and tremendous patience. Their knowledge stands out, especially when they take control of my laptop to correct problems, ensuring everything is as efficient as possible. Over the last nine and a half years, every staff member I've interacted with has been courteous and knowledgeable. Corsica Technologies has done an exceptional job educating my team on cybersecurity, turning fear and uncertainty into awareness and confidence. I appreciate their proactive approach, strategic guidance, and commitment to being a true IT partner who does what they say they’ll do. Their quick incident response, disaster recovery planning, and ability to handle all IT needs from one place have allowed me to focus on running my business with much greater peace of mind.

They are not the cheapest company in this arena, but you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a full IT partner to help you run your business it is well worth it!

Do your research and talk to whoever you are considering, but I will say that since my very first conversation with Corsica, everyone at the company had done exactly what they said they would do. We have been with them for approximately 6 months and this has held true for all interactions with Corsica. This is a big part of a partnership, the next most important being trust, which they have earned at this point in my opinion.

They support our aging Sage 500 instance as well as our division on the latest cloud ERP - consistently displaying great depth of skill and ability.

EDI services and integration are still a new offering for Corsica Tech, but the team we work with came from a prior partner.  While we do not suffer any lack of responsiveness, I feel additional resources may support larger projects or delivery on shorter timelines.

Corsica Technologies is a bigger company and therefor has a lot of knowledge for different issues arrising.  Working with Jared and Tina has been great and they always find me the right people for the job.

Since it is a bigger company sometimes it feels that you can't get support fast enough, especially if they are busy or have fewer people available it can take a moment to get a critial issue resolved. Once they are on it however the issue gets resolved quite fast.

The biggest question you should ask yourself, do you want to get support from a smaller MSP with fewer clients and therefor feel more like you are their primary client or do you want support from a larger MSP that has more inhouse knowledge available due to their size. Update: I have changed my review from a 8 to a 10. Corsica recently change some of their offerings and not only do they provide better solutions for our business but the price is also more agreeable. The staff we work with are always on top of their game even with some custom asks we have but also in just the small interactions. They make you feel part of their team and not just a client.

The people.  I have met and get to work with some great people at Corsica.  I feel like a have a real relationship with them and feel comfortable discussing any issues.  If I have an  pressing IT issue, my Corsica team immediately jumps into action.  They stay on point until the problem is resolved.

If anything, the only complaint I have sometimes recieved are with with the times when some of the smaller jobs that are handled remotely, like installing a printer,  require some hands on activy by a store teammate.  Some of my teammates feel insecure about doing things like that.  That is just part of our contact, that smaller jobs like that are handled remotely, and it is not through any fault of Corsica Tech.

When looking at any outsourced IT solution, there are benefits and drawbacks when comparing to an onsite person.   We are a smaller business but I wanted 24 hour a day monitoring and service.  Corsica provides great service and people, 24 hours a day, and has affordable options to fit our budget.

The customer service, IT Service Management, and vCIO team are amazing at communication and problem-solving. They are always ultra respectful and have keen eyes for Technological roadmaps and avoiding potential pitfalls. If you have a problem, they can solve it.

I am not a big fan of the "SLO" or "Service Level Objective" creation in lieu of hard Service Level Agreements, and some companies favor more hands-on/onsite support. Fortunately, my company doesn't need it, but I'd be concerned if a company had an emergency and did not have in-house IT staff to complement Corsica.

**Recommendations to others considering Corsica Technologies:**

I would consider having Corsica as a complement to your in-house IT staff for the most robust service. Corsica knows what they are doing, as they have some of the most talented technicians in the country, but you may be somewhat limited if you don't have in-house IT and no one in your company knows anything about IT or related subjects.

The protection they seem to provide is top notch

The amount of personnel changes has made it extrememly difficult to get large projects pushed forward or bigger problems solved. There's been very little future planning because of these changes as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Corsica Technologies:**

Consider what type of partner you're looking for and ask good questions. I think they are a great fit for a lot of larger companies but they haven't excuted well on the down stream markets

They manage our cyber sercurity and support all things IT.
