I think that Notion is a really user-friendly platform. It's super simple, and whenever you want to build something, you're not aware of the great amount of possibilities they offer. You can do everything in Notion. Whenever you start using it, maybe you're not familiar with the different tools and possibilities, but once you dig in, you realize how easy it is to create everything. I would describe it as a blank paper where you can create everything you want. I really like the ability to have different pages and link them if you want. You can start with something simple like a main page and then go further to create more specific things, which means you can go as deep as you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think that integrations maybe, as I'm, like, the marketing manager from my company, I would like it to be, like, more integrated to different social media management tools or maybe, like, another CRMs. So right now, we're using Customer IO, but we're also using, like, Sprout Social to schedule everything. So it would be ideal to have everything centralized. So it means that whatever we write in Notion, it gets directly scheduled into these other platforms. Because right now, we're using more, like, as a brief. If we could already have it, like, everything centralized and bring everything through Notion, that would be ideal.
