**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like the AI notetaking aspect, it is very helpful when I am in a meeting and want to focus on talking and not taking notes. I can use it 1 on 1 or google meet which is useful. I also like how we can make shared nation folders so that we can track KPI and SOP as a whole team so that we can set goals and perform better. The integration with claude is also nice so everything I put into Notion can be accessed other places.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think that the desktop app is too slow. It  takes a long time to load simple pages which can make me not want to use the app and just do it myself. It is also confusing to navigate because a lot of the time I will click on something because it looks like it will take me to another page in notion but it just makes me edit the text. The useability should be better

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving the problem of having all my goals in different places. I can track everything in one place and have people from my team do it at the same time.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

Notion is the single source of truth for my entire newsletter production system. I run a three-times-weekly newsletter (Retire & RISE) with a fairly complex production pipeline that spans two different environments: Claude for orchestration and planning, and Claude Code for production and publishing. Notion is the one place both sides read from and write to, so nothing gets out of sync.
What I like best is how well it handles structured, relational data without feeling rigid. My Newsletter Archive database tracks every issue's status, topic, pillar, and monetization level. My Ad Library rotates sponsor and story content on a "oldest last used" basis. My Social Media Queue holds posts through their whole lifecycle from draft to scheduled. A Reader Feedback Log tracks polls and replies from "planned" all the way through to "reflected" in a future issue, sometimes weeks later. Being able to build these as proper databases, with select fields, relations, and views, rather than a pile of documents, is what makes automation and AI-assisted workflows possible on top of it.
The other thing I value is that Notion pages can serve as living reference documents. My full production instructions and my 20-person "Advisory Board" of expert personas live as Notion pages, and both of my AI environments pull from those pages directly. That means I only ever have to update guidance in one place.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The biggest friction is that Notion sits in the middle of a lot of automation, but it doesn't trigger anything on its own. Every connection out to another tool — Beehiiv, Buffer, Make — has to be built and initiated from the other side. For example, after I schedule an issue in Beehiiv, there's no way for that action to write back into Notion automatically; I have to update the Notion record by hand, because Notion has no direct write-trigger into Make and Beehiiv has no native webhook into Notion without a costly plan upgrade. It works, but it means Notion is a passive source of truth rather than an active one.
The other recurring annoyance is with MCP connector sessions: if I authorize a new Notion (or other) connector mid-conversation, it doesn't load into that same chat session. I have to start a fresh session for the tools to actually become available. It's a small thing, but it's tripped me up more than once when I expected a newly connected database to be usable right away.
Beyond that, most of what feels like "Notion limitations" are really just the tradeoffs of using it as a universal hub. It holds structured data beautifully, but anything that needs to reach outside itself needs a human or a separate automation layer in between.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The core problem Notion solves for me is coordination across a production system that spans two separate AI environments. My newsletter (Retire & RISE) is written and published using Claude Code on my local machine, while Claude in chat handles orchestration, planning, morning briefings, and scheduling. Without a shared source of truth, those two environments would drift apart. One could easily lose track of what the other had already done. Notion eliminates that by being the one place both environments read from and write to. My production instructions and Advisory Board profiles live there as pages, so I only maintain one canonical version instead of copies that could fall out of sync.
Second, Notion solves the problem of tracking state across a multi-step, multi-day production process. Each newsletter issue moves through a locked sequence, research, draft, a mandatory approval pause, an audit, then final formatting, and that can span more than one working session. Because status, dates, and monetization levels live in Notion databases rather than in a chat history or a document, nothing gets lost if I step away mid-process.
Third, it solves a rotation-and-freshness problem. My Ad Library and Story Library both rotate content on an "oldest last used" basis so the same sponsor or story doesn't repeat too often. That kind of logic needs structured, queryable data, a spreadsheet or plain document would make it far harder to reliably pull "the oldest unused item" every time.
The benefit across all three is real time saved and fewer dropped threads. I don't have to hold the state of a 3-times-a-week production pipeline in my head or re-explain context every time I start a new session  Notion carries it for me.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

As someone who's nontechnical, I find Notion's intuitive platform to be very appealing because it provides a lot of options at my disposal. It's made it really easy for me to use and get a lot of value out of it. Learning to use it was simple, and it also makes teaching it straightforward. It's empowering. The initial setup was really easy and simple, with no qualms at all.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I'm not really getting updated on how to use Notion better. Even though there are definitely resources available, they're not really embedded in the product experience as much as I think they could be. Educating people on updated use cases in a way that's very in-platform and inconspicuous would be better.

I use Notion to capture institutional knowledge as it happens, streamlining the process and creating an experience that supports my team.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I've been using Notion for few months now and its become one of my daily apps. Earlier I was using different tools for notes, docs and tasks, but now almost everything is inside Notion. The AI feature is actually much more useful than i expected. It helps me summarize long notes, rewrite content and even gives ideas when I'm stuck. Overall its a really flexible platform.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Sometimes large pages take little time to load and there is a small learning curve if you are new. Some advanced database setup can also get confusing at first. But after spending few days with it, it becomes much easier.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me organize projects and documentation in one place instead of searching across different apps. AI also reduces the time spent creating first drafts, meeting summaries and documentation. It definitely improved my productivity.

I have been using Notion for over 8 years, I started using it for personal things, like keeping track of books I've read and movies I've watched. Currently, Notion is the base platform for my company, we practically manage everything from Notion. One of the aspects I like the most is the versatility that Notion has, where I can practically do whatever I want, now with the help of AI and custom agents.

the new presentation mode feature is a bit limited, sometimes the slides do not adjust properly to the content

It allows me to manage everything related to work in a super efficient way, for example, with relational databases, with dashboards for each area, and I can practically automate my processes. Even the marketing part and social media content management can be organized very easily.

I like that it is very friendly not only with its own AI but with other AI tools such as chat-tbt and Claude. I can speak to the LLMs like chat-tbt and Claude and it will interact directly with Notion. Notion's AI is also very powerful in organizing itself, creating new information, and also searching its own databases

It isn't the most user-friendly in terms of design and navigation. It has other project management tools like Asana or Monday. It's not a huge downer but I would appreciate if it was more design-focused

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I run two completely separate team spaces in Notion, one for a marketing/outreach role at an ABA therapy provider and one for a school ministry, and it's been a lifesaver for keeping those worlds organized without them ever bleeding into each other. For project management, I've built out full content trackers organized around actual content pillars, task boards, and timelines for event planning, so I can manage every stage of a launch without losing track of what's done. It also doubles as our knowledge management hub since I keep brand guidelines, a running Meet the Team spotlight series, research trackers for monitoring community conversations, and reference docs all linked together instead of scattered across drives. I built a registration database that connects to Google Forms through Zapier so new signups land right in Notion automatically. The AI note-taking and writing tools save me a ton of time turning meeting notes into actual content or summarizing long threads, and I've started teaching myself formulas in the databases, which has been a fun rabbit hole since I'm not a spreadsheet person by trade. Being able to build systems like this myself, without needing a developer, is huge. It's also just as easy to hand someone a link and let them watch progress happen live instead of sending updates back and forth.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Honestly my biggest hesitation is the cost if I want to bring more people into my team space. Right now it's mostly just me building things out, but if I ever need to add teammates as full members, the per-seat pricing adds up fast for a smaller org, so I've had to be careful about who actually needs edit access versus who can just view a shared link. I'm also still learning a lot of the more advanced features like formulas, so there's been a bit of a learning curve getting databases to do exactly what I want. Nothing that's stopped me from using it, just things I'm working through.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Notion, I was living in SharePoint like a maniac, that was just what the business used when I started, and it got old fast trying to track two completely separate roles across scattered folders and docs that never talked to each other. Notion solved that by giving me one place to build real systems for each org without them mixing together. The registration database tied to Google Forms through Zapier means I'm not manually entering signups anymore, and the content trackers mean nothing falls through the cracks between planning and actually posting. It's also just genuinely easy to use, which matters a lot since not everyone on a team is naturally tech savvy and Notion doesn't punish you for that. The biggest benefit is being able to just hand someone a link instead of writing status updates, they can see the real-time progress themselves, which saves me time and makes me look a lot more organized to the people I report to.

I use notion mainly for my studies (I'm doing my MS in computer science). The biggest thing I like about Notion are the AI agents. I once wrote a style guide on how I want my notes to be captured and now I never need to tell it how to format the text. It's mainly why I believe Notion is a step ahead of others in terms of note taking. No other notes taking app integrates AI better than Notion

I go to Notion for the templates. I have a hard time storing stuff and making my own pages, but having pre-made templates is the best thing about Notion. All sorts of pages are available, and I use it regularly - my most recent one being for travel. And the AI helping is absolutely god send!

I don't think I dislike anything about Notion. It is absolutely the amazing application, the prices are well adjusted.

Notion solves a big problem of storing information in different applications like docs, word - in one place with no issues whatsover. I can easily draft my content in it, align it, and send it with no problem. I have had problems with other applications before, and it made my work a little difficult. But Notion and its templates solve every issue I have ever had with documenting stuff be it professional or personal.

It’s highly customizable, with more and more customization options available, and the tables are very useful. The AI is also very helpful. I can organize the information exactly the way I want. Most importantly, I can manage my work projects in a visual and organized way.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The graphics could still be improved. The downside of using Notion is that you have to stop what you’re doing in other apps and switch to Notion to record the information. Perhaps sending information (when I’m in my email, browsing the web, working in Word, etc.) via my phone, buttons, or commands could make this easier. Another thing: it could have mind maps.

I love how flexible it is and that I can document many things my way, and also the integration with Claude is wonderful so we can both save and update project information, check-lists, etc as I'm working along with Claude throughout the day.

I think the biggest downside is that there is so much you can do with it it's hard to understand where to start. I'm sure I'm still missing some powerful ways I could be using it.

It's a great repository for project information and tasks as I use Claude as an AI coworker to help me plan and execute things. I can go in there on my own if I want to work through something myself, or I can have Claude interact with Notion to determine or record what needs to be done in a project plan.

Notion has helped me organize everything for university and my research. I can create multiple projects, each with its own pages and toolkits, where I’m able to track tasks, take action, and plan what I need to do. I also love how easy it is to publish a page live as a website.

Notion app (mobile) has few limitations and bugs. Web App is very nice

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. I can keep my notes, tasks, project documentation, and meeting notes all in one place instead of using multiple apps. The interface is clean and easy to use, and it's simple to organize pages the way I want. I also like the real-time collaboration feature, which makes it easy to work with my team and keep everyone on the same page.

One thing I don't like about Notion is that it can feel a bit slow when working with large pages or databases. It also has so many features that it can take some time for new users to learn everything. **What do you like best about Notion?**

It's customization. I am able to create any kind of personalized system I want and view data the way I need every time. I like how easy it is to create blocks and organize them, and how aesthetically pleasing and clean it is.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don't like how it performs on mobile. It's slow and not very straightforward. For example, if I create a widget to pages in different workspaces, it's buggy depending on which workspace I logged in last (the title and cover of that image won't show.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me with my difficulty staying organized and keeping track of all of my different tasks. I have a hard time remembering details about my tasks and prioritizing the right ones, so seeing them as a big picture and filtering according to my circumstances is really helpful.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I have been using Notion for like past 4 years. It all started from my College days where I used to manage my College work and later it evolved into my daily work as well as my own life. I also manage my side hustles in notion.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

To be honest, I dont like the path trajectory taken in last one year. The app is turning into a different product altogether. It has became a mess of multiple features, ai agentic workflow, and what not. Let's give the user a option to choose wether ot not they want Ai agentic worflow in their workflow.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It mostly managing my work such as todo list, deadlines, keeping track of projects, work that needs to be done, priorities, a complete soruce of truth for all the work that I do.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love the flexibility of Notion and that is provides seemingly endless ways to help me stay organized. It's free to get started, and the paid versions are reasonable. I started using Notion as a way to organize my tasks and projects, and to create a "second brain" for all the random bit of information that come across my desk.
The interface takes a minute to figure out, but with so many pre-built templates and tons of ways to customize views, you can easily build the system that works for you. Better yet, I've not found the desktop version to be laggy or slow.
Since using it more, I've also come to appreciate the AI integration. The notetaking ability for meetings or Zoom calls is beautiful, and I can transfer those directly into my second brain database. Plus, with the AI capability, I can search all the pages in the database and build custom answers built off of my data. 
I've also found the integration with Gmail to be a lifesaver. Prior to Notion,  I struggled to find a good system to stay on top of my emails, but between Notion Mail views and setting up an AI Email Agent, I have quickly expedited how quickly I go through emails and feel more productive.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Notion can be a bit overwhelming in the beginning as there are endless ways to use the tool. There was good initial support that came into my email inbox with invitations to talk to someone, and I'm sure that would've been helpful, but I never got around to it. I think the key is to know what you want to accomplish specifically and to find a good pre-built template or to use customer support to build the system you need.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I got Notion initially to solve 2 problems. First, I've always struggled to stay on task with priority tasks. As an Executive Director, I get pulled in so many ways and it can become easy to chase rabbits. Using Notion has allows me to better visualize my daily and ongoing to-do lists and to connect them to projects.
Second, I came across Notion as I was searching for a way to cut back on the clutter on my desk and on my desktop. When I come across an eat idea or article, or take notes from a workshop or meeting, I often did not know where to put those notes or ideas. As a result, I've often ended up with random stacks of papers on my desk and too many open tabs in my browser. This clutter then adds to my stress. However, by building a "second brain" through a Notion database, I now have a place to place and catalogue all those random bits of information without fear of them getting lost. Even if I forget about them, they live in the Notion "brain" and can be pulled back out by AI if I run the right search.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like Notion in many ways, especially the way it organizes tables and uses sandboxes along with advanced AI models to fetch accurate results. It helps me tremendously in organizing and researching a lot of data, making a very tiring process much easier. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I also appreciate how Notion replaces costly manual data organization tools by simplifying the work significantly. I give it a solid 9 out of 10.

As of now, I haven’t found anything I don’t like about NTG. The one thing I think could be improved is the research mode.

I use Notion to organize my work and research data as an ML/DL engineer. It makes data management much simpler, cuts down on manual effort, and helps me retrieve accurate results by leveraging advanced AI models.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Not having a direct link to schedule posts to social media platforms and have to pay for NotionSocial to do this.  I would rather pay a bit more but have the function to directly schedule and post to patforms and to have analytics in a two way update. 

Further I would love to have the function that the CRM can also directly update from my social platforms, instead of having to pay for another program to import contacts.  I need updating like for instance Sales Navigator in LinkedIn, but all be done within Notion.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I love everything about it, but as I mentioned before, I’d really like features for scheduling and posting to social platforms, along with two-way analytics updates as well.

Further I would love to have the function that the CRM can also directly update from my social platforms, instead of having to pay for another program to import contacts.  I need updating like for instance Sales Navigator in LinkedIn, but all be done within Notion.

I don’t like that it tries to turn everything into an agent when it could just be a simple automation that doesn’t use AI tokens. I also don’t like that the AI can’t create automations outside of the agent functions. Overall, it feels like they’re pushing people to use as many tokens as possible, which gets expensive.

I love the fact that there’s a new feature every week, but I feel like many of the older bugs and errors still haven’t been resolved. For example, if you open a page as a pop-up and then hit Ctrl+J, the chat opens in the background and you can’t see it. These are the kinds of issues that should be fixed before focusing on new features. Build a solid foundation first, and then keep adding on top of it.

What I like the least is that, although it is very flexible, that same flexibility can make it somewhat chaotic at first if you don't have a clear structure from the start. More color choices when designing pages/text would be great. Also the ability to change from light and dark mode is great, but I've noticed that sometimes people design custom pages that work great in one mode but don't translate well to the other.

Notion Credits to use external agents feels like an unnecessary extra. I already pay to use the SaaS, and I understand the idea of keeping all the budget in one place, but most people already pay a subscription to an AI provider. It’s easier to use the Notion MCP in Claude than to buy more Notion Credits. The native integration was better, and it’s really frustrating not being able to use it.

I like that they offer a nice free option and the paid service is not unreasonable. There are also many templates in the marketplace for those who are looking for a quick option. The onboarding offers easy explanations and there is smooth incorporation of AI.

Although they offer templates, there is certainly a learning curve to learning Notion and there are some limitations in what you can do with the data. If you want more robust features you would need to use something like Excel to organize your data.

It is a very useful tool for organizing day-to-day information, planning activities, and keeping workspaces separate, both for personal use and for work. I like that it allows you to combine several functions in a single application: managing tasks, taking notes, creating Excel-type sheets to keep track of information, and centralizing different areas of knowledge on a single page.
The browser extensions that allow me to insert information into Notion are fantastic. Additionally, it is very fast and allows you to easily find the information you are looking for when you need it. Even in its free plan, it generates a great return because it saves a lot of time.

Its artificial intelligence tool is also very useful because it allows you to draft information and make inquiries quickly without leaving the tool.

Its team is very generous in sending you information by email that helps you learn to use it in a very short time.

At first, it may seem intimidating to have to learn how to use the tool, but thanks to the wide variety of resources available and a whole community where you can find help, the process becomes very simple in no time.

The only disadvantage of using Notion, really, is not using it.

ok so notion is genuinely one of those tools that feels like it was made specifically for the way my brain works. everything in one place, no more having 47 tabs open across google docs, trello, and whatever else. that said it is not without its issues and i will be discussing them.

the setup process is kind of a lot at first. like yes it is customizable but that also means you can spend way too long tweaking your pages instead of actually doing work. also the performance lag when pages get heavy is genuinely annoying, especially on mobile. offline mode is basically nonexistent which is a problem. and charging extra for AI on top of an already paid plan feels a little sus when the core platform still has issues that need fixing.

the biggest thing is killing the need to jump between a million different apps just to stay organized. notes, tasks, project timelines all living in one place means nothing gets lost and everything is actually findable later. the AI features also help with processing information faster so you are not stuck doing all the tedious summarizing yourself. It benefits me because when everything has a place your brain is not constantly in chaos mode trying to remember where you put things. less time managing the system means more time actually getting stuff done, which is kind of the whole point.

The recent AI tools they've added are okay for simple tasks like quick text improvements or basic summarizing. It's a nice minor addition to my second brain setup, but honestly, it's not really sufficient yet. It doesn't quite have the depth to completely change my workflow or make me rely on it heavily.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

The performance issues with slow loading and the lack of a proper offline mode are still frustrating. On top of that, charging a premium for the AI features makes it way too expensive. Paying extra for basic AI capabilities just isn't worth it, especially when the core platform still requires manual workarounds just to organize and nest sub-areas the way I need. They need to fix the core issues and lower the price of the AI add-ons.

Notion saves me the trouble of thinking about where to take my notes. It serves as my note-taking, writing, project management, meeting notes, and even diary portal. One of the biggest benefits is its flexibility and customizability, which allows me to organize my personal and professional information all in one place. Additionally, the artificial intelligence feature helps me to rewrite and correct grammatical errors. While there are some missing points of AI, such as giving wrong answers sometimes, I believe it will improve in the near future.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

What I like best about Notion is how it lets me combine all my university work in one place instead of switching between different apps. I can write lecture notes, organize assignments, and also include coding snippets with proper formatting, which is really helpful since my courses involve both programming and written content. It also makes it easy to structure everything by course and topic, so my notes don’t feel scattered and are easier to revise later. Overall, it helps me stay organized and keeps both my technical and written work connected in a simple, customizable way.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel a bit overwhelming and slow to set up properly at the beginning. Because it’s so customizable, you sometimes spend more time building the system than actually taking notes. It can also get messy if you don’t stay consistent with your structure, especially when you’re managing multiple courses and projects at once.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion solves the problem of having information spread across too many different tools by bringing notes, planning, and organization into one place. For me as a university student working with both coding and writing, this is especially helpful because I can keep lecture notes, code snippets, and assignment tracking all together instead of switching between apps like Word, Google Docs, and separate to-do lists.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

It is extremely customizable and powerful to use. It holds our entire intranet and the tools, once understood, are pretty intuitive to use. It was very simple to do! It was very simple to do!

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

Almost all of the ways to customize things are different from traditional ways of doing things. Spreadsheets/databases have different and complex formulas that aren't always translatable from Excel or Google sheets.Also, the ways to relate databases together or to make automations is clunky and only smoother if you pay a lot.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing us to have an internal, bespoke system of truth and records that is very nice. We also use it for all our internal project planning and 1:1s. It makes policies and information easy and efficient to get to people.

What I like most about Notion is how it combines note-taking, project management, documentation, and collaboration into a single workspace. The UI/UX is clean and intuitive, making it easy to organize information without feeling overwhelmed. The pricing offers strong value for both individuals and teams, making it a good ROI compared to using multiple separate tools. **What do you like best about Notion?**

The app’s UI is really nice, and what helps me the most is the databases feature. Databases let me build my own automations and workflows, which helps me streamline my life much more than on a typical day. The option to integrate various platforms, like Google Drive, is also helpful, and the app’s overall performance has been solid.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I find the overall features which are actually good, but it makes me a little overwhelmed when I start as a beginner . When I open the app, I feel busted with so many features that I get overwhelmed and just close the app, thinking that I can't deal with this.

Daily scheduling and databases, which allow me to make simple workflows, are the best features for me.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I really like how Notion works seamlessly across all my platforms, whether it's my phone, tablet, or computer. It lets me take measurements or handle tasks on my phone and then go back to my computer to put the real math to them. This cross-platform functionality is really valuable to me.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

One issue I have with Notion is that the AI doesn't always listen well. For example, when I use the same prompt repeatedly, it might do the right task twice, but then the third time, using the exact same prompt, it does something different.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Notion for building, bidding, and organizing schedules. It helps me create databases and take measurements on my phone, then I can put real math to them on my computer.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love that I’m able to tie my databases into OpenAI’s utilities so I can pull information directly into our team functions. That makes those functions much easier to use day to day. I also really like the AI Transcription function. It helps me review items I may have missed in my own notes and notations.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I don’t really like how the notes are organized, though it may be user error on my part. I’m used to organizing things in OneNote, so the way notes are set up here feels a bit unwieldy to me.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been really helpful for pulling and organizing information from my data. OneNote feels more like a shared folder, while Notion feels like a smarter system that actually works for me.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

It’s a place to put everything you didn’t know where to put. It honestly feels like my brain on paper. It really helped our business get organized and move out of a cluttered Google Drive. Notion is amazing for visual people—you can see everything at a glance, it’s easy to click through, and the sky is limitless when it comes to options. It can integrate with any platform, which makes it even easier to use. Pricing feels fair, too!

It sometimes makes my computer slow. It isnt compatible with my older model desktop unfortunately.

It solved the problem of having to ask "where does this live?". Now everything has a place and its easily accesible. This has increased productivity and speeds up time onboarding new hires.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I love how you can connect Notion to other apps. Currently I keep track of the books I read on Notion. I now have it setup so that every Monday, Claude runs through my list of books that have been added and automatically adds a brief summary. I find myself looking back at the books I've read and can't always recall the plot. Now, I know the updates will automatically load.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I've been using Notion for quite a while, but it definitely has a steep learning curve for new users. Secondly, when using the Notion app, it often lags, so then I end up going back to my desktop.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Notion has become my online Life Planner. I can track my academic course load, upload syllabi, and enter assignment due dates. I have databases for recipes, books I've read and would like to read, and my monthly bills. There is not much I haven't been able to add to my setup.

**What do you like best about Notion?**

I like how simple it is to use, and how I can use it to track my to-do’s while also keeping a record of SOPs and notes. It’s also helpful for saving templates and other items I tend to reuse often.

**What do you dislike about Notion?**

I think the learning curve can be hard at first, and the team adoption rate may be low. The price can also be a factor, since for someone to view it, the team has to be on a paid plan. I’d prefer it if one person, as the master of the workspace, could be on a paid subscription while the rest of the team could stay on a free version just to view.

**What problems is Notion solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main thing this helps me with is organizing my tasks.
