**What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?**

I like how Nomad Marketing is an extension of my team, allowing me to depend on them for support. They bring a breadth of resources, like custom velocity script and HTML templates, and even step up when we face challenges such as broken integrations. Their pricing model seemed too good to be true, and they do an excellent job in standardizing our processes and programs quickly. I appreciate their expertise and methodologies, especially their approach of starting with an audit to identify areas of opportunity and bringing in best practices from similar situations. I can do so much more with them by our side, enabling us to improve our systems and processes, allowing the team to be more strategic and not just firefighting.

What sets them apart is their honest, they help clients choose the right software for their actual needs rather than pushing a particular product or vendor agenda. They ask the tough questions, get to the root of problems, and put clients first every single time. Their team is sharp, dedicated, and delivers results consistently.

Honestly? The only downside is that there aren't more of them; someone needs to get Ari and Thomas into a cloning facility immediately. The world simply needs more of whatever they're made of. In all seriousness, their org is very well-staffed and responsive, so it's hard to find a real complaint

Send every client their way or use their implementation services if you are an organziation needed martech help- full stop. If you're evaluating Adobe, Salesforce, or Husbpot solutions trying to make sense of your martech stack, Nomad is the partner you want in your corner. They ask the tough questions, get to the root of your problems, and tailor everything to your specific needs rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all agenda. Every client I've sent their way has walked away with better ROI, a clearer understanding of their technology, and a solution that actually fits. **What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?**

I like working with Nomad Marketing. They've been with us for two years, and their domain expertise and knowledge of marketing automation and connected applications really stand out. The twice-weekly calls work well for us as they integrate into our teams. Andrew, our team leader, is great. He's responsive, has a great approach, and is a joy to work with. Nomad helped us by activating digital channels, creating emails, improving lead scoring, and lead routing, which allowed us to move quicker from idea to execution. They keep working with us on an ongoing basis, handling our marketing automation needs effectively.

**What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?**

I wish they offered WordPress support and were more hands-on with Calibermind. It would be only be better if they joined our team meetings to understand our strategy and team dynamics better. If they did this, I feel that they could then help to more proactively identify issues instead of us having to bring to them and elevate to operating at a Director level.

They’re at their best when you already have a martech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) but need help making it actually work at scale, so make sure you’re prepared to leverage that expertise. It also helps to treat them as an extension of your internal team rather than just a vendor; companies that approach it this way usually get more strategic value, not just task execution.

Be ready to invest time upfront in onboarding, documentation, and alignment. Their impact is directly tied to how well they understand your processes, priorities, and goals. The wide range of areas they are experts in. If my direct contacts don't know something they have team members that do and we're always able to find a solution to any of our MOPs projects.

There can be some slow response as I imagine they are working with a number of different clients. Full calendars and different timezones PST vs EST can make it a challenge to find time to meet. Maybe they need a PST office?

If you are being bogged down by long term projects and can't get your day-to-day function complete they are the absolute best outside resource to bring in where you won't need to worry about how many hours a project is taking.

Nomad functions as an extension of our marketing operations team. As a team of only 2 having the extra resource with nomad is an incredible resource. I have them focus on longer term projects that would otherwise interfere with my day to day work. We meet weekly and communicate daily over slack to keep projects moving along. They bring a level of expertise I wouldn't be able to replicate on my team because they are working with hundreds of clients across industries and can bring ideas I wouldn't have ever thought of.

Their expertise as a Salesforce partner, especially with Pardot, is really helpful. The team is very reliable and knowledgeable across all GTM tools we use. They trained our sales team to use Salesforce efficiently, making it a single source of truth, which has significantly enhanced our marketing efforts. Nomad does a great job supporting our team. They are responsive, flexible, and hit our deadlines, even as project/task volume scales up during certain busier periods. We are also grateful that in nearly 2 years of working with Nomad, we have had the same resources working on our account which is helpful from a continuity perspective. Having worked with several agencies for different purposes, I find this quite rare to have this level of continuity over this length of time.

Generally, we are quite happy with Nomad so no major dislikes to note. There are two areas of opportunity as we go forward. One, working to get further ahead on projects/tasks to allow more time for final review/edits. Two, continuing to provide additional strategic support/guidance.

Nomad is a great option for marketing operations support. The team is knowledgable and generally wants to be a critical partner to your success.

Nomad is serving as our main marketing operations team, supporting campaign execution in Marketo and also supporting Syncari, software that connects Marketo to our CRM. They provide much needed campaign execution support and strategy, given our lack of internal resources. This allows our internal teams to focus more on demand generation strategy and optimizations, rather than execution of email campaigns, landing pages, etc.

Their subject matter expertise. They essentially never say, "No." Anytime we have an ask, no matter how crazy it is, they reply 'Yes," or "No, but..." and have another (often better) solution in mind.

At time I need to remind them about my lack of technical ability within the CRM. They are such experts that they can take solutions to "Advanced Salesforce" levels while my brain is operating at "Intro to Salesforce." Luckily, they are always able to simplify their solutions so that I can digest and reframe it for our internal team.

Nomad is a great partner for any team looking to enhance their Salesforce utilization. We are a start-up company that is still building out processes and Nomad has pointed us in a direction for long-term growth, consistent reporting and advanced processes that will certainly help us scale. Please note that they are still a consulting firm, therefore the only way the partnership truly works is if you embed the team into your day to day - including meetings, planning etc. Also please understand that at times communication may not be immediate due to client load.

Be prepared for time zone differences as their office is EST

**Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:**

Do as much prep work as you can and provide ample time to complete the project.  We started our project with a 10 week end point and were ready to deploy ahead of schedule.

**What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were making a transition from Pardot to Marketo and needed help to complete the deployment before our Pardot contract was up.   Nomad did everything we needed and asked for during our deployment while helping us know what work needed to be done on our end to properly connect with our internal systems.  Instead of 1 person helping us while juggling many other clients, as I've experienced in the past, they provided a team to help us along the way.  This approach ensured that even with our time difference we were able to receive the support we needed when we needed it.

As stated earlier, I've worked with many other companies to help with deployments as well as outside vendors to assist with marketing automation systems.  Unlike some others Nomad is transparent with everything they do and is never afraid to hop on a call to assist, even for immediate help.  Our deployment included mulitple training sessions with the team , making sure everyone was comfortable with the system.  Unlike other companies that shy away from sharing recorded sessions or in depth training, Nomad embraced it to make sure we were satisfied with our decision to switch platforms.
