Nomad is an award-winning go-to-market consulting firm. We build and run the revenue systems behind B2B growth: marketing ops, sales ops, revenue ops, GTM architecture, analytics and AI strategy across Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Qualified, Leandata and every major platform in your stack. We are consistently building new ways to build and orchestrate the systems to scale your company and the ever-changing landscape. We operate on a flat-rate with a simple system: audit, recommend, build, implement, enable. By the end of our engagement you will have the best in class system to scale and most importantly, autonomy over your tech stack. Nomad is Pioneering How Go-To-Market Consulting Should Work. Flat rate. No hourly billing. 55 experts in New York. 250+ companies. 10 years. If your GTM isn’t working the way it should, we fix it and we run it. Nomad is a true partner in every sense of the word. We embed ourselves into your organization to learn your unique needs and goals, build strategy and infrastructure to support long term growth, operate the day-to-day, and evolve as your needs change. GTM doesn’t fail. Systems do. Companies invest in best-in-class platforms, strong marketing and sales teams, and clear growth strategies, but without the operating system behind it, leads don’t convert efficiently, data isn’t trusted, and teams operate in silos. Growth has become an operations problem. That’s where Nomad comes in. We build and run the GTM systems that B2B companies need to grow faster and smarter across marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, GTM architecture, and AI-powered GTM intelligence. We work across every major platform and are stack-agnostic by design. One team, one standard, one source of truth. 55 experts. One office. New York. Every Nomad expert works in the same building, in the same room. One culture, one standard, one team that challenges each other to produce better work every day. Operations professionals across every level of consulting — strategists, architects, and builders — working together on client problems to develop the right solution for their distinct requirements. A learning hub for operations professionals Twenty percent of our time goes to enablement — keeping the entire team ahead of where the market is going, building expertise with emerging technologies, and sharing what works across hundreds of client engagements. When you work with your Nomad team, you are working with the entire firm. Every solution is informed by patterns we have seen across our full client base, best practices that no single in-house team could ever accumulate, and a culture that requires every expert to push what is technically possible. Relationship first. Flat rate by design. We don’t deliver services. We build and run your GTM system on a flat rate, with no hourly billing, no incentive to stretch the engagement, and full accountability for results. Our clients include category leaders across cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and HR technology: CrowdStrike, PagerDuty, Greenhouse, 1Password, Teladoc, Billtrust, and 240+ more. The average client sees pipeline grow 2-3x post-engagement, with first MQL improvements in as little as six weeks. We don’t deliver services. We build and run your GTM system on a flat rate, with no hourly billing, no incentive to stretch the engagement, and full accountability for results.

"Deep HubSpot Expertise with a Thoughtful, Well-Prioritized Roadmap"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

They audit before they build. Nomad interviewed stakeholders across marketing, sales and RevOps before recommending anything, so the roadmap actually reflected our pain points instead of a generic best practice checklist. Every recommendation came back prioritized with an effort estimate, a value driver and a dependency note, which made it easy to sequence work with my own team.

The HubSpot depth is real. They work directly in the instance rather than handing over instructions, and they document everything in shared spreadsheets and docs so we own the knowledge. Claudia and Svet are responsive in Slack, they flag issues we had not asked about, and they push back when something is going to break downstream. That last part is rare and it has saved us more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

The scope moves fast and it requires real prioritization discipline on our side to keep up. Work will land in ready for review and sit there because we have not gotten back to them, which is on us, but I would like to see them push harder on the review loop and set explicit deadlines for client input rather than waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

Come in with a clear picture of what hurts and let them audit before you scope the work. Their audit is the highest-value thing they do, and it will surface problems you did not know you had. Ours turned up workflow sprawl, routing failures and data quality gaps that were actively costing us pipeline.

Give them real access early. They work directly inside HubSpot rather than handing off instructions, so the sooner they are in the instance the sooner you get value. Also assign a single owner on your side to review deliverables. They ship faster than most internal teams can absorb, and the bottleneck will be your review cycle, not their output.

Finally, insist on prioritization and sequencing up front. Ask for effort estimates and dependencies on every recommendation. They will give it to you if you ask, and it makes the difference between a long list and an executable roadmap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad is running marketing operations inside our HubSpot instance and fixing the foundational problems that were quietly costing us pipeline. They started with a full operations audit covering tech setup, campaigns, database health, lead scoring and lifecycle management, then turned it into a prioritized roadmap instead of a report that sits on a shelf.

Since then they have rebuilt our entire lifecycle stage taxonomy from Lead through MEL, MQL, SAL, SQL, Opportunity and Closed, including the workflows, custom fields and historical backfills. They overhauled lead routing where accuracy was a serious problem, audited hundreds of active workflows and shut down the ones assigning bad tasks to our SDRs and AEs, fixed duplicate deal creation that was corrupting our SDR pipeline reporting, and ran a full email deliverability investigation across SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

On top of that they have built out our reporting layer. Demo funnel, marketing events, lifecycle QA, velocity tracking and channel conversion dashboards are all live or in review. The benefit is that we can finally trust the numbers we take into leadership meetings, and our sales team is getting leads routed correctly instead of falling through the cracks. "A True Partnership with Exceptional Recommendations and Seamless Integration"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

The feedback loops we had, not only with our day-to-day resources but with Nomad's leadership allowed us to create transparency and share learnings and opportunities to improve. It was a true partnership. The quality of the recommendations, documentation and their ability to integrate within ChowNow ways of working was exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

Not a dislike, but when you are leveraging an external agency to serve as an entire team function there is a ramp period. I'm proud of the progress we made together, and within 6 months of the partnership we had developed documented ways of working, completed Marketo cleanup, launched a new scoring model, and built 2 key retention programs that drove 56% of our H2 goals around feature utilization within the first 2 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad was a critical partner to my team during my tenure at ChowNow. In the absense of an internal Marketing Operations function, Nomad filled that need with an upleveled expertise we didn't have previously. We had two key workstreams that we needed Nomad to solve for us: day-to-day Marketo governance around programs, QA and platform best practices and tech debt cleanup. Their level of expertise enabled our broader Marketing team to focus on strategy to deliver on MQL and retention goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nomad’s Collaborative, Creative Team Delivered Real Results"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

Nomad listened, understood our business and what we were trying to achieve. They didn't come with a pre-built playbook and try to make us conform. They were highly collaborative and creative. In general, we all enjoyed working with their team and the valued the results they drove for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

I personally never had any issues or concerns Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

The Nomad team is responsive and collaborative. They will listen to (and understand) your objectives, but will also push you/challenge you. If you are just looking for a team to execute your requests vs. act as a teammate, Nomad might not be a fit. The team always knows newest features, functionalities and best practices so I didn't have to. They could apply those to help us achieve our objectives faster and more efficiently than we'd ever be able to achieve on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad was nimble and responsive, helping us tackle new challenges as they emerged while still keeping us on track to get best practices up and running smoothly. This allowed us to move forward without wasting cycles on “trial and error,” reduce conflict between sales and marketing, and extract maximum value from our tech stack without unnecessary development work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nomad Marketing: Expert, Collaborative Marketo Partner for Complex Implementations"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

What I like best about Nomad Marketing is the depth of their expertise and how thoughtfully they approached our organization’s complexity. They did not treat our Marketo implementation as a standard platform migration. They took the time to understand our CRM environment, data model, audience logic, compliance needs, internal workflows, and long-term goals.

Their team was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and highly collaborative. They helped us make practical decisions while also thinking strategically about scalability and sustainability. I especially appreciated their ability to explain complex technical and marketing automation considerations in a way that supported better decision-making across both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nomad felt like a true partner, not just an implementation vendor. They brought the experience we needed, challenged us when needed, and helped us build a stronger foundation for the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

There is very little I would describe as a dislike. Our implementation was complex and required significant internal coordination, decision-making, documentation, and follow-through. At times, the level of detail and effort required felt substantial, but that was more a reflection of the complexity of our environment than a shortcoming of Nomad Marketing.

If anything, I would recommend setting clear expectations early around the amount of internal time, ownership, and cross-functional participation needed for a successful implementation. Nomad brought the expertise and guidance we needed, but the strongest outcomes came when our internal teams were fully engaged in the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

Come prepared to engage deeply in the process. Nomad Marketing brings strong Marketo expertise, implementation strategy, technical guidance, and practical recommendations, but the best outcomes come when your internal teams are ready to partner closely, make decisions, document business requirements, and participate actively in the work.

For organizations with complex CRM environments, sophisticated audience logic, compliance requirements, or cross-functional marketing operations, Nomad is an excellent partner. They are especially valuable if you need more than a basic platform setup and are looking for a thoughtful implementation partner who can help you build a scalable, sustainable foundation.

I would recommend being transparent with Nomad about your organizational complexity, data model, pain points, and long-term goals early in the engagement. The more context they have, the better they can help guide architecture, implementation decisions, and change management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad Marketing helped us solve the challenge of migrating from a legacy email marketing platform to Adobe Marketo Engage in a highly complex environment. This was not a simple platform swap. We needed to account for CRM integration, custom objects, sophisticated audience logic, compliance and preference center requirements, data governance, and the operational needs of multiple teams.

Their work benefited us by helping create a scalable foundation for more personalized, data-informed marketing and customer engagement. They helped us make better architectural decisions, avoid short-term shortcuts, and build an implementation that can support our organization beyond the initial go-live.

Nomad also helped our internal teams better understand Marketo and the long-term implications of key design decisions. That increased confidence, improved sustainability, and positioned us to use the platform more strategically over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

Everyone who works on this team is trained in a specific Nomad way when they join so everyone speaks the same language. They also offer very competitive pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

Honestly, none that I can think of. Nomad is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

Nomad is fantastic, but not mind readers so make sure you have a plan for how they will integrate on to your team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad came in to my life at a time when I desperately needed help, but did not have the budget to hire. The team are all very knowledgeable on all the tools that could be in your tech stack, (and they are always on the forefront of new tech). It isn't just the tech though, they understand process, automation, and all things ops.

Not only are they all super smart and very good at their jobs, but they care. It isn't just a project to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration, A True Team Extension"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

I like how Nomad Marketing is an extension of my team, allowing me to depend on them for support. They bring a breadth of resources, like custom velocity script and HTML templates, and even step up when we face challenges such as broken integrations. Their pricing model seemed too good to be true, and they do an excellent job in standardizing our processes and programs quickly. I appreciate their expertise and methodologies, especially their approach of starting with an audit to identify areas of opportunity and bringing in best practices from similar situations. I can do so much more with them by our side, enabling us to improve our systems and processes, allowing the team to be more strategic and not just firefighting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

"The Martech Partner That Actually Gets It"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

Nomad goes above and beyond for their clients. What sets them apart is their honest, they help clients choose the right software for their actual needs rather than pushing a particular product or vendor agenda. They ask the tough questions, get to the root of problems, and put clients first every single time. Their team is sharp, dedicated, and delivers results consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

Honestly? The only downside is that there aren't more of them; someone needs to get Ari and Thomas into a cloning facility immediately. The world simply needs more of whatever they're made of. In all seriousness, their org is very well-staffed and responsive, so it's hard to find a real complaint Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

Send every client their way or use their implementation services if you are an organziation needed martech help- full stop. If you're evaluating Adobe, Salesforce, or Husbpot solutions trying to make sense of your martech stack, Nomad is the partner you want in your corner. They ask the tough questions, get to the root of your problems, and tailor everything to your specific needs rather than pushing a one-size-fits-all agenda. Every client I've sent their way has walked away with better ROI, a clearer understanding of their technology, and a solution that actually fits. They put clients first, they deliver, and they do it with honesty and integrity every single time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad Marketing helps clients navigate complex martech decisions with clarity and purpose. They identify the root of each client's challenges, tailor specific use cases and implementations to individual needs, and ensure every engagement results in better ROI and a deeper understanding of the technology being used. "Effective Marketing Solutions with Responsive Support"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

I like working with Nomad Marketing. They've been with us for two years, and their domain expertise and knowledge of marketing automation and connected applications really stand out. The twice-weekly calls work well for us as they integrate into our teams. Andrew, our team leader, is great. He's responsive, has a great approach, and is a joy to work with. Nomad helped us by activating digital channels, creating emails, improving lead scoring, and lead routing, which allowed us to move quicker from idea to execution. They keep working with us on an ongoing basis, handling our marketing automation needs effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

I wish they offered WordPress support and were more hands-on with Calibermind. It would be only be better if they joined our team meetings to understand our strategy and team dynamics better. If they did this, I feel that they could then help to more proactively identify issues instead of us having to bring to them and elevate to operating at a Director level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad Marketing helped activate our digital channels, fixed lead scoring and routing, and improved email effectiveness. They support ongoing marketing automation and integrations, which lets us move quickly from idea to execution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

They are extremely responsive and always have expert resources available to help. They stay up to date on all the recent offerings in order to provide their customers and partners with the highest value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

We wish Nomad marketing did services for all of Adobe DX so we can use them more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

If you’re evaluating Nomad, go in with a clear understanding of where your current marketing operations are falling short and where your team is constrained—because that’s where they tend to deliver the most value. They’re at their best when you already have a martech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) but need help making it actually work at scale, so make sure you’re prepared to leverage that expertise. It also helps to treat them as an extension of your internal team rather than just a vendor; companies that approach it this way usually get more strategic value, not just task execution.

Be ready to invest time upfront in onboarding, documentation, and alignment. Their impact is directly tied to how well they understand your processes, priorities, and goals. You should also evaluate whether a monthly subscription model fits your budgeting and operating style—it’s predictable, but you’ll want enough ongoing volume of work to justify it. Finally, set clear success metrics early (pipeline impact, campaign velocity, data quality) so you can measure ROI and confirm they’re driving meaningful outcomes for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad Marketing helps B2B companies unlock the full value of their marketing and sales technology by providing expert marketing operations support as an extension of their team. Many organizations invest heavily in platforms like Marketo but struggle to implement, optimize, and scale them effectively—Nomad bridges that gap with deep technical expertise and proven processes. They streamline fragmented workflows, improve lead management and attribution, and align marketing and sales to drive measurable revenue outcomes. Instead of relying on costly, unpredictable consulting models, Nomad delivers this capability through a transparent, subscription-based approach that ensures consistent execution and no surprise costs. The result is a more efficient, scalable marketing engine that accelerates pipeline growth and maximizes ROI from existing investments.

"Deep Expertise Across the Board They Always Finds a Solution for Our MOPs Projects"

5/5

What do you like best about Nomad Marketing?

The wide range of areas they are experts in. If my direct contacts don't know something they have team members that do and we're always able to find a solution to any of our MOPs projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nomad Marketing?

There can be some slow response as I imagine they are working with a number of different clients. Full calendars and different timezones PST vs EST can make it a challenge to find time to meet. Maybe they need a PST office? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nomad Marketing:

If you are being bogged down by long term projects and can't get your day-to-day function complete they are the absolute best outside resource to bring in where you won't need to worry about how many hours a project is taking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nomad Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nomad functions as an extension of our marketing operations team. As a team of only 2 having the extra resource with nomad is an incredible resource. I have them focus on longer term projects that would otherwise interfere with my day to day work. We meet weekly and communicate daily over slack to keep projects moving along. They bring a level of expertise I wouldn't be able to replicate on my team because they are working with hundreds of clients across industries and can bring ideas I wouldn't have ever thought of.
