Nomad interviewed stakeholders across marketing, sales and RevOps before recommending anything, so the roadmap actually reflected our pain points instead of a generic best practice checklist. Every recommendation came back prioritized with an effort estimate, a value driver and a dependency note, which made it easy to sequence work with my own team. The HubSpot depth is real. They work directly in the instance rather than handing over instructions, and they document everything in shared spreadsheets and docs so we own the knowledge. Claudia and Svet are responsive in Slack, they flag issues we had not asked about, and they push back when something is going to break downstream. That last part is rare and it has saved us more than once.
