What do you like best about nodaFi?

Coming from many years in retail, I was very familiar with the rushed training programs designed primarily to meet payroll budgets. Nodafi takes a completely different approach — recognizing that successful training and true customer engagement are the keys to making this innovative operational program a meaningful tool that everyone wants to use.

What sets Nodafi apart is their team’s commitment to hands-on training, customized processes, and ongoing availability. This level of support is not only refreshing but also rare in today’s business world.

What’s even more impressive is the connection our teams have developed with the Nodafi staff — our managers know them by name, which is both unusual and powerful. The platform has been seamlessly integrated into our daily operations, making it easy for our teams to use. As a result, our properties remain clean, well-maintained, and operationally accurate. What do you like best about nodaFi?

NodaFi is most helpful by being able to track daily tickets/jobs and ongoing details. Being able to search through all tickets with just one word is also very handy when in a rush or in between multiple tasks. Having parts inventory update when parts that are used are put in the "Parts" tab, makes for a streamlined tracking process. Maintaining accuracy is huge and when we do not have to manually edit the actual inventory amount, it saves a lot of time. Being able to see the updates from different users on the ongoing tickets is always helpful in tracking progress, conversations with vendors, and seeing what timeline the ticket is on is very useful in keeping our department current and accurate. It is always appreciated when we have an issue that needs addressed, that Customer Support is always on top of responding to us right away, and if it cannot be resolved over email, Morgan is always ready to hop on a phone call to help work everything out. What do you dislike about nodaFi?

Biggest issue is with completed work orders - we would like to be able to print all details of the ticket without the generic, basic format. We are looking for a way to print out details of the ticket in a professional manner, maybe more structured?

Least helpful aspect of NodaFi would be the inability to update or edit multiple parts in the parts inventory section. Only way we can confirm accuracy is to export the CSV and edit on the excel sheet and send back to the NodaFi team. That is very helpful, however would make for ease of use on our own to be able to open a part, edit something, and go back out to the same page in which that part was on - instead of the default back to page one.

The app can be a little slow sometimes resulting in two or three of the same comments posting as it will not show that the comment has posted - making us think we need to press 'comment' again.

Last small inconvenience is within the asset section - because we have so many assets and we cover a large area, we have a lot of different spaces that yes, do remain in their 'space' overnight but then can be used elsewhere on property, but if it doesn't belong to the space in which you are working, we are unable to tie that asset used to the ticket because it was used elsewhere than where the asset 'lives'. What do you like best about nodaFi?

The software platform has been an unbelievably welcomed change for our company. It allows for our maintenance team to be completely transparent with the requestors at our agency. Our maintenance productivity has gone from the 70% range to the 90% range. The best part is that Nodafi has allowed us to customize things to what works for OUR company. They have helped us create over 50 re-occuring procedures and handle a volume of over 600 requests per month. The customer service has been amazing and very responsive! I highly recommend! What do you dislike about nodaFi?

What do you like best about nodaFi?

What do you like best about nodaFi?

The user interface can be navigated with ease. The responsiveness of the team is on par with some of the best companies I have worked with. What do you like best about nodaFi?

NodaFi allows simple, effective task distribution in a remote atmosphere. When it comes to the self storage industry, nodaFi is able to digitize and connect with property management software for easy site audits, task creation, delegation, and looking at completion.
