**What do you like best about NLX?**

What I appreciate most is the platform's user-friendly approach to building complex conversational AI. The no-code visual builder allowed us to set everything up quickly, and integrating it with our existing tools, such as Zendesk, was effortless. Additionally, their customer support stands out—they are always ready to assist us in optimizing our workflows.

**What do you dislike about NLX?**

While the platform offers robust capabilities, I find that its reporting and analytics tools could be more sophisticated. The essentials are handled effectively, but I would appreciate greater options for in-depth customization, especially when it comes to specific data visualizations. Additionally, since new features are introduced at a rapid pace, the documentation occasionally falls a little behind the most recent updates. Lastly, for very small teams, mastering the advanced multimodal logic can present a noticeable learning curve at the outset.

**What problems is NLX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem NLX solves for us is the complexity of managing automated customer interactions across different platforms. Before, we struggled with fragmented tools, but NLX allows us to centralize our AI Chatbots into a single, no-code environment.

This benefits us by drastically reducing our deployment time—we can now launch or update conversational flows in minutes rather than weeks. Additionally, the platform's ability to seamlessly integrate with our existing systems, like Zendesk and AWS, ensures that our chatbots provide personalized, accurate support 24/7 without needing a large engineering team.

NLX stands out for its seamless performance and user-friendly design. It brings together efficiency and reliability, making everyday tasks both easier and quicker. and it ease of implementation and integration with our environment. Its intuitive interface, strong features, and dependable results distinguish it, consistently providing a smooth and satisfying experience.

**What do you dislike about NLX?**

NLX offers a range of features, but some of them may feel somewhat limited for advanced users. At times, I have noticed minor glitches or slower response times, especially when handling more intensive tasks. Furthermore, the absence of certain customization options can restrict flexibility, which makes NLX less suitable for users with highly specific requirements.

**What problems is NLX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

NLX addresses common challenges related to efficiency, organization, and accuracy in daily workflows. By streamlining complex tasks and automating repetitive processes, it helps reduce errors and saves valuable time. Its intuitive interface and integrated features make it easy for users to manage tasks, boost productivity, and make informed decisions. Personally, NLX has simplified processes that were previously cumbersome for me, allowing for faster execution and improved monitoring. By consolidating tasks into a single platform, it minimizes the need for multiple tools, which reduces complexity and enhances focus. Overall, NLX not only resolves operational inefficiencies but also delivers a smoother and more satisfying user experience.

**What do you like best about NLX?**

You can build workflows without needing to code, which is a huge advantage. The multichannel support truly stands out and makes managing different platforms much easier. I also appreciate how well it integrates with APIs and backend systems. The analytics dashboard is also super helpful.

**What do you dislike about NLX?**

Pricing is bit high can be of worries for startup and new teams. Also the learning curve is bit steep as one dives into more features.

**What problems is NLX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before NLX conversational experiences required heavy coding and managing multiple tools . No we can centralize voice and chat in one place.
