I find it difficult to administer Nitro PDF. The transition from an annual license key to an admin portal with login credentials is cumbersome. There is no different version of nitro pdf available for Mac devices the software can only be used in a browser. The Best feature I personally like is Image to PDF convertor. Since, image creation is easy with so may AI tool, I personally used it to create quick documents which helped me in my current role

I have extensively used Nitro PDF.

It works like a charm, but the only donwside is when I upload large PDF with lots of images(architecture and in-depth images), the performance drops, which is minimal, but in this fast world, speed is everything.
