What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

What I like most about Nitro PDF is its ease of use combined with powerful features. The interface is clean and similar to Microsoft Office, which makes it very easy to navigate even for new users. It allows me to quickly create, edit, convert, and merge PDFs without any lag.

What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

The biggest win for me is how intuitive Nitro is. If you live in the Microsoft Office ecosystem like I do, the learning curve is basically non-existent. In my role as a Production Manager, I don’t have time to hunt around for features or dig through menus. I use Nitro daily to quickly tweak quotes and finalize contracts for clients, and it just works. The tools to merge, split, and edit text feel snappy, which helps me keep my momentum.

The e-signing feature is a massive personal favorite; it completely removed the need to jump between different software just to get a signature. What do you dislike about Nitro PDF?

It’s definitely a powerhouse, but since it’s a heavier app, it can chug a bit when I’m opening huge, image-heavy files—like detailed construction blueprints or large batches of scans. What I like most about Nitro PDF is how simple and familiar it feels to use. The layout is very close to Microsoft Office, so even the first time I opened it, I didn't feel lost. What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

I use Nitro PDF mainly for reading, editing, and converting PDFs to DOCX. I really like that it's an all-in-one software, handling my PDF tasks in one place without the need to use an online website for editing or related tasks. The features I appreciate most are converting to images, OCR, and adding signatures. The quality is mainly impressive because other applications often make things look blurry. I also like the editing function because it's faster to do it from there. What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

I like that Nitro PDF is fairly inexpensive compared to its competitors, which makes it a cost-effective choice for our business needs. Additionally, the software offers all the PDF features that are required for our operations, including reading, creation, and signing of PDFs. These functionalities are invaluable for us given the nature of our work, which involves dealing with a lot of PDF documents and requiring frequent updates and the ability to electronically sign them. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up Nitro PDF; it was simple to install and configure, which helped us get started without much hassle. It integrates well with office. I find it difficult to administer Nitro PDF. The transition from an annual license key to an admin portal with login credentials is cumbersome. "Slow, Unreliable Performance That Doesn’t Justify the Price"

What do you like best about Nitro PDF?

In my opinion, this tool is just average. The login interface is easy to read. We don't integrate it with anything. The performance is hit-or-miss, usually miss.
