What do you like best about Nextech EHR?

Features, this EMR can do pretty much everything you would want it to do for a clinic. The layout is pretty easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextech EHR?

Lack of documentation has caused me issues before. Nextech dose not like to provide training or documentation for there software. If you have issues in your deployment your going to need to reach out to there custom service which can be hit or missed.

If you are trying to go paperless this may not be a good choice for you.... there ipad app is a bit subpar and is not as intuitive as the desktop version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Nextech EHR:

I would really recommend checking your requirements before picking nextech. Make sure that it dose what you need it to do. Most other EMR software dose paperless pretty well. Nextech dose not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextech EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

There EMR software makes managing patient records quite easy for staff and admin. Dose require some training but I feel the layout makes it easy to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had a lot of problems incorporating Solution Reach with our Nextech. Also we were told that if we wanted MIPS assistance, we would have to pay an extra $500/year for a service that we already pay high yearly fees for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nextech EHR solving and how is that benefiting you?
