We have had a lot of problems incorporating Solution Reach with our Nextech. Also we were told that if we wanted MIPS assistance, we would have to pay an extra $500/year for a service that we already pay high yearly fees for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Outdated; used this system in an office where paper charts were still in use. A lot of the time information was wrong in the system then in the chart or vis versa. Lacks access to digital charts; unable to see progress notes which put a paper chart in hand. Very old fashioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
