What do you like best about Nextech EHR?

The drag-and-drop features are one of my favorite things about Nextech. It makes it so easy to reschedule patients and adjust appointment times. It also makes applying for payments so much faster and easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextech EHR?

Importing ERA files into Nextech for processing could be smoother. It feels old-fashioned and cumbersome in comparison to the rest of the software. If this feature was more modern and automated, it would make Nextech perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nextech EHR?

It is very easy to navigate for all levels of computer users, very ophthalmic friendly, love that I can speak with support within 5 mins of a call. Our older system, SRS, was not very well supported and not very friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nextech EHR?

The billing department is terrible. We have been mischarged and incorrectly charged, and one incorrect charge of almost $10,000 took 6 months to be credited and get straightened out Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
