What do you like best about NextCrew?

They were able to take an old software that we were using and implement the things we loved on that software into the NextCrew software. What do you like best about NextCrew?

NextCrew continually upgrades the system’s processes and features. They listen to each client’s specific needs and provide new features available to handle those needs. They also have tech support that responds quickly to handle any issues. The crew member app is wonderful! Our staff love using it and enjoy having more information at their fingertips. The sales/lead process has room to grow. Currently there are limited capabilities to communicate information with leads and clients that does not involve copying and pasting. I know that NextCrew has plans to develop this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
