There are other solutions to this, but before looking into setting up a 3rd party email server like Sendgrid or leveraging a dedicated IP address from your CRM, you can use Allegrow to warm up your inbox, improve your sender reputation, and optimize for cold email deliverability…while it’s expensive, you won’t need to use it forever, and I’ve found their email health metrics to be really useful. If you are got more than 2% bounce rate regularly it will lead to block the domain authority by ISP. Some email are getting bounced after validation through NeverSpam which leads to do validation once more with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
