A very useful tool especially for Sales and Marketing folks to clean their database and have a better list of prospects to work with. 2. Starting with the dashboard itself, it can help you review spam scores and if required, track sender reputation as well as track the email landing location as well. 3. For beginners, the UI is a plus point as it will help you ramp up with an easy-to-use tool for email marketing campaigns. 4. The Alerts on spam rate changes are a bonus too **What do you dislike about NeverSpam?** No problems faced, it does it what is designed for. We have not faced any accuracy issues **Recommendations to others considering NeverSpam:** NeverSpam offers two plans, Tester and Premium. Both plans offer solid features and are not very expensive too. My recommendation would be to thoroughly evaluate these and choose accordingly. **What problems is NeverSpam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Marketing team is benefitting from its dashboard as opposed to not having anything before to The solution allows setting up for multiple mailboxes, and with ease. The operational effort has reduced a lot after NeverSpam Main benefit for the marketing team is that they are able to process single and multiple email validations without a lot of effort compared to the previous scenario. ### 2. There are other solutions to this, but before looking into setting up a 3rd party email server like Sendgrid or leveraging a dedicated IP address from your CRM, you can use Allegrow to warm up your inbox, improve your sender reputation, and optimize for cold email deliverability…while it’s expensive, you won’t need to use it forever, and I’ve found their email health metrics to be really useful. **What do you dislike about NeverSpam?** Costs scale linearly across new inboxes that are added, sometimes the fluctuations in metrics are hard to decipher and further action upon. Not all of the NS emails are caught by the gmail filter they recommend setting up. **What problems is NeverSpam solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving for cold domain and email deliverability ### 3. It's a little problem, but they still could be potential customers. Also, it's not as strong as the litmus test. **What problems is NeverSpam solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. The Digital marketing Team has a dashboard to work with. 2. I don't have to give them access to the CRM. 3. Easy to set up for various mailboxes. 4. NeverSpam dashboard helps to calculate spam scores and track the email landing location too. **What do you dislike about NeverSpam?** If you are got more than 2% bounce rate regurarly it will lead to block the domain authority by ISP. Some email are getting bounced after validation through NeverSpam which leads to do validation once more with other tools. **Recommendations to others considering NeverSpam:** Any organization like Saas or service-based companies focusing on B2B or B2C campaigning will consider this tool to do the email validation process. **What problems is NeverSpam solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems that we are solving is its help to avoid spam traps and invalid emails.
