NetSuite provides a single source of truth across finance, operations, inventory, CRM, and reporting. The system is highly customizable, and saved searches/dashboards make it easy to surface real-time insights. The automation it brings to financial processes—billing, revenue recognition, purchasing, approvals—has significantly reduced manual work. The initial implementation takes time and expertise, and configuration can be complex if you don’t have experienced support. Some modules and customizations come at an additional cost. NetSuite breaks down data silos by bringing all departments together on a single platform. With this integration, the finance team enjoys real-time visibility, making reconciliation easier and reducing the time needed for month-end close. I like the ability to switch between sandbox and production environments without logging in multiple times. It's not necessarily valuable for my work, but it's a nice feature that NetSuite has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about NetSuite? Not being able to allocate based on percentages per vendor, not having an easy way to maintain complicated routing rules. SuiteApprovals is terrible, having to find workarounds for bundles because I or other developers cannot edit or fix it. The initial setup was not easy at all; Oracle did a terrible job of discovery, requirement gathering, and now we're in a place where we have to do a reimplementation.
