# Which automotive digital retailing tools maintain system stability and fast response times during peak dealership hours based on user reviews?

This is one of those questions where the marketing pages all promise uptime, so the only honest way to answer it is to go looking for what actually breaks when things get busy.

Tekion’s cloud-native approach does help with uptime consistency, but I’ve still seen performance dips when multiple workflows stack, especially during F&I-heavy interactions. CDK, on the other hand, slows more predictably around data retrieval. The bigger question is: during peak hours, are slowdowns tied more to system load or to how many integrations you’re running simultaneously?
