**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

It does take a while for the programmers to add new features. However, I believe that it is just them taking their time to check for bugs. I also wish that we could have more people able to log in at once without spending more money.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are adding custom reports that allow just about anything to be looked up in their system. They are also adding to a few reports that will help me effectively communicate my points to my upper management teams.

  ### 10. Great CMMS system. Very user friendly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cyndi W. | Maintenance Planner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2019

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

I have worked with several CMMS programs and this is the easiest system I have used. In addition, the tech support team is always available to answer questions and assist in any way possible.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

This is a hard question to answer. The MVP team listens to their customers suggestions and actually impliments them. Can not think of anything I dislike about MVP Plant.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

If you are looking for "one stop shop" CMMS system, I highly recommend MVP Plant. It is easy to navigate, provides customizable fields to allow you the ability to make the system fit your needs, and in my opinion, the best feature is the MVP Plant staff; they are always friendly and eager to help. If there is a function you would like to see improved, all you have to do is ask and they will create enhancement requests, which I have personally seen implimented.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The goal is to reduce downtime. With this system, we can track equipment with the most downtime and find the most commonly found issues. From there, someone can modify PM instructions and frequencies to help decrease equipment downtime.

Also, the reporting capabilities are so much better than any other CMMS system I have used in the past, which allows me to provide upper management the information they want to see on a daily bases in a matter of minutes.

  ### 11. Not user friendly

**Reviewed by:** Shaun P. | Maintenance Mechanic, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2022

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

I like best that you can just look up an asset and find all the information on it in one spot. Saves on finding parts and manuals. No more wondering if you have the right parts.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

There isn't much about it that I dislike. Usually, if something is wrong I contact the help desk and they can walk me through the issue that I am having. I haven't been able to stump them yet!

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Very helpful and save time and equipment.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before MVP we just had parts in certain areas for different pieces of equipment and we never really knew what we had on hand. Now I can look it up and find exactly what I need.

  ### 14. The program has room for improvement but it definitely helps keep you organized.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert M. | Mechanic, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

I like having the ability to modify my home page with widgets. The added widgets make it easier and faster to navigate menus and keep up to date with my work in progress and work completed.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

The search engine is subpar and doesn't seem to filter as much as it should. You can search a keyword, and many different things not related to that word will pop up and need to be sorted through.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Get your organization on track and employees organized easily with this program.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization and tracking work has become extremely easy and more organized. The benefits of this tracking to a specific employee make it easier for management and workers to organize their day better and have accountability.

MVP has changed our CMMS experience from a simple reporting and data analysis to a modern approach that allows for information to be stored tracked and queried from anywhere at anytime.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

Growing Pains. As much as that sounds like a problem with every program you work with. As we are growing with this system our growing pains are causing our technicians to have difficulties knowing what the right approach is and adds frustration to their day.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Spend the time on the front end because it will affect every aspect from that point forward.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory Management. Tracking our results and inventory costs. Knowing what you have onhand and where it is in your warehosue is crucial to the day to day operation

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Inventory/ Parts and locations.

Tied all together and linked to assets, work orders and PO's.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

The fact that I will not be able to utilize and master all that it has to offer in my lifetime.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

It will meet all of your needs!

Lots of support built in the software as well as love chat support.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stock parts are easy to inventory and keep stocked, having notifications set for min/max takes a load off.

Scheduling pm's and work orders are a breeze, especially with the custom widgets to add to my home screen.

The program offers a wide variety of modules and functions that gives our business the opportunity to grow. Customer service is very good at responding.

The reporting section can be a bit busy. Small improvements can be made between MVP and the Microsoft formatting side. Several plants have complained about the new layout as well as the mobile app navigation.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The connection between the modules is very helpful along with the availability of OData connections to communicate with other platforms is very helpful.

Ease of use and the overall functions that it has can more than handle anything we throw at it.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are starting to solve inventory issues and also starting to realize asset management tools that will help us a great deal.

  ### 24. MVP plant Needed

**Reviewed by:** Nathan R. | Maintenance Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed by:** Jake A. | Maintenance Planner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I honestly have nothing negative to say about MVP Plant or CDG as a company.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MVP Plant was at my facility before I was. It was never utilized correctly from the start. We are now cleaning up our data and implementing recommended changes from CDG on how to best use the software. We can now track PM compliance, and we can see what our techs are spending their time on. We can see how much money we have spent on an asset over a period of time, both in parts and labor.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I have not run into many areas of MVP that I dislike. Most of the issues I have are related to my learning of the MVP system and how it relates to my plant operations.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MVP is very useful in helping me to maintain my budget. We are a 24/7 operation; MVP collects the checked-out parts from all shifts. I can then display parts usage in the morning and use this information to replenish spare parts inventory.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2022

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

That MVP has improved and is training us to use it better to make my workday as efficient as possible. The only thing I would say would improve if your lockout and other safety permits were on there.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

The work order system is my favorite because we can track time and material costs on assets in the production facility. It seemed much easier to use than other options out there.

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I wish that it talked to our Coupa PO system.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking maintenance cost and the work load for the current maintenance guys.

  ### 37. System is very user friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Readily available information, ease to search, and run a query to find more information.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

Currently have no complaints or recommendations

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very valuable in OEE tracking, equipment reliability has shown to improve with proper PM/ BM tracking. Information is readily available and easy to share/convert to graphs

  ### 38. Great Tool for Success in Maintenance Efficiency

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Candace S. | MRO Inventory Manager and MVP Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Reporting is my favorite part of the system. It populates data accurately.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

The amount of time it takes to make edits

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory issues are being corrected with the system. Keeping accurate inventory counts and how much part cost spent.

  ### 39. Smooth and seemless transition from our obsolete CMMS Software

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Warehousing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

From the time we decided to upgrade our obsolete CMMS software it became clear early on that we would not have to look far. The helpfulness and knowledge of all the staff at CMMS data group made our choice an easy one. From the demo process of MVP plant, to the conversion of our data and ultimately the implementation of MVP plant our transition went smoothly and seamlessly without missing a beat. As we have progressed, we expanded tracking more of our spare parts inventory to include taking advantage of the built-in purchasing system which has made our whole maintenance department more efficient.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

It would be nice to be able to create a blank work order for an exsisting PM right from the work order without needing to creating a filter then generating it from the filter.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Keep doing what you are.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More detailed and accuate spare parts inventory

  ### 40. MVP Plant and Education Institution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dave C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

The feature I liked most was the ability to automate preventive maintenance to generate work orders

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

One of the issues I disliked was that it did not have built in features for dealing with COVID - 19 such as hourly cleaning. However, their support staff was great and helped me find a workaround. In addition, they added my suggestion to their development team.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

I would suggest reviewing your needs first. Afterwards, review the features, ask for a demo, and then a trial. Once I began using the service, I quickly learned how to use the service to meet the district's needs.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Even though MVP did not have an hourly frequency for preventive maintenance (in regards to hourly bathroom cleanings due to COVID-19), their staff help me find a workaround and we now have a plan to do so. This helped resolve our issues regarding accountability for regular hourly maintenance.

  ### 41. I am a Maintenance Manager in an automotive factory and MVP saves me at every audit.

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

I like the live chat option most. There is always someone available when i need them.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I dont like the way you cant space when entering a title.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

This will save you at audit time

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The different report options

  ### 42. LIFE CHANGING

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bobbie S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

It is easy to use and brings everything together from ordering parts to follow up work on work orders to spare parts to scheduling.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

Nothing so far! I have not found anything I dislike or can't do with MVP Plant.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

I would tell anyone looking for a strong CMMS Program or implementing a new inventory/parts management system to consider MVP Plant. It is easy to get started, fields are almost all customizable so you can make the program work for how you need it to. I come from a background in a highly established CMMS program and came to a site with no CMMS program, MVP is the first we have put to use. I am happy we did because it is turning around the entire department and changing the culture at our facility.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I started using MVP Plant to build a CMMS program for our Maintenance Department that has historically been a reactive maintenance approach. With MVP in the last 9 months, we have completely transformed into a Preventative Maintenance Department and seeing changes like never before. It has been life changing in regards to inventory and parts management. Every aspect of the program is easy to use and ties it together from PO's to receiving stock to issuing and completing work orders. We could not have picked a better program and are grateful for its capabilities every day.

  ### 43. Simplicity on the user-interface combined with depth set of features, fields and features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leonardo E. | lelmor@thinkhwi.com, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2019

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Schedule module - drag/drop WO, labor and modify its content.
Ability to modify fields in Bulk.
Enterprise standardization
Customized Fields, user dashboard
Personalized reports and searches
Concurrent license model

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

- Import/Export wizard could be more flexible allowing a better control over our own data.
- Equipment displayed in a geographic, map (e.g. Autocad, plant drawing) would facilitate users to select the proper assets to consult.
- Continue the development of a Mobile Platform enabling additional features that currently are only available in the web version.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Review and compare different alternatives to migrate you previous CMMS data, take the opportunity to standardize on methods, KPIs and engage additional people to the Maintenance Systems (e.g. Operations via Work Request, Storeroom and Procurement for Materials management).
Set your budget, the required license model and the objectives for short and long-term.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are standardize on nomenclature and methods facilitating similar plants to learn from peers PMs, Instructions, Failures, Parts and history.
Allowing crafts and operators to have a modern tablet application to initiate and complete WO/WR in the shop-floor..
- Continue the development of a Mobile Platform enabling additional features that currently are only available in the web version.

  ### 44. 2 years in

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2019

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Chat for tech support is so helpful when I am trying to use a new function of the software and unable to find what I want in the user guide. Familiarity with our users is increasing so headaches are fewer and fewer. The barcoding and inventory modules can't be beaten by any other product I have seen.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

We are a 24/7 organization so sometimes we are looking for a part in inventory during the once a monthly system outage. Happened once or twice. We did a dump of our parts inventory increase this happens again.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Not all data from old data base transferred to new data base during data conversion

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workflow optimization, reducing paper, improved reporting

  ### 45. MVP - The follow through on the great MP2

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

The layout of the Work Orders and Purchase Orders

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

The complexity with the Asset Tree with having multiple fields of Locations, Systems, Assets....

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MVP asks for the Failure Modes to be defined up front and only gives options for the end user to select from a previously created list of failure modes. Not all failure modes can be created on the front end. This field should be left open to be filled in by the end user

  ### 46. A very good and user friendly-inventory and work order tracking system.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Devices | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2021

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

The ease of searching for information in work order and inventory.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

Setting up PMs and meters are very confusing.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inventory shortage. We have found out that we have a very few individual that don't check parts out of inventory.

  ### 47. Simplifying the complex...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randy E. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

MVP Plant has taken what is a very complex task and made it very simple to use. By creating a filtering system that is customizable, you can find anything you want very quickly.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

As an end user, (non-admin), I would like to be able to "log-in" or "log-out" of a WO, which would then start and stop my time on that WO. This would give me the ability to do several WO's at the same time, "logging in" and "out" as I switch between the WO's. Action items within the Work Orders are limited and not configurable. Even with that I have not run into a downside to using MVP Plant.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The job that MVP Plant does makes my job much easier. Being able to track equipment by trending reveals problem equipment. It also makes predictive maintenance much easier.

  ### 48. Just what we needed for our Maintenance Department

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Inventory module is sound has all the functionality we needed

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

The reports module needs work. Lots of great reports but the data is often not correct or conflicting

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

All good needs improvement in reports module. Great supporting

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preventative maintenance using meters for many PdM applications. Went from nine to a sound program. Uptick in OEE if 10 points. Environmental inspections all tracked and good reports to submit to corporate or the state to document compliance

  ### 49. This system is a game changer for my maintenance team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos C. | Maintenance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 26, 2019

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

My team really enjoys how user friendly this system is. I enjoy how easy it is to get help to my questions by using the chat icon. We have only begun to utilize part of the system and it has really changed the way me and my team communicate in a positive way.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I have only had the system for about a month. One thing I am having a bit of a problem with is the file size I can attach has to be less than 3mb. Most of the manuals I try to attach are much larger than 3mb. I have to split most documents into 5 or 6 parts. Not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to upload slightly larger files.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

MVP is the best CMMS system that I have worked with in my 15yrs working in Food Processing facilities. Implementing the system is easy. You will see results immediatley. MVP provides great customer support. You simply click the Chat button and a agent is helping you in less than a minute.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling work orders to my technicians is easy. I can also add so much detail by adding pictures of the work I want completed. Creating PMs and the PMs generating is great and simple.

  ### 50. Very informative and custom for our facility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Plastics | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2020

**What do you like best about MVP One?**

Very good instructor. Patrick was professional and knowledgeable.
Great to have a custom experience for our facility and needs.

**What do you dislike about MVP One?**

I wish we could have spread out the training to allow days in between each session. It would have been perfect if we could have trained, have a day to practice or add information to our system, had a training day, work on our MVP data, etc.

**Recommendations to others considering MVP One:**

Consult with MVP, start slow, understand what you want, let the folks at MVP Plant guide you.

**What problems is MVP One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduled PM without a bunch of different types of calendars and spreadsheets. Track Spare Parts!!!
