Communication in the clinical setting must be correct and swift What I like the best about HELLO is that it never fails to deliver important alerts. The platform presents a clean interface that makes managing queues very simple. The use of OTP and SMS with almost no delay enables quick coordination of theatre schedules, staff availability and urgent information about devices. It’s a robust system that will work when it really counts.

**What do you dislike about HELLO By MSG91?**

Industries that have heavy compliance requirements may find dashboard lacking in features. It is acceptable to obtain the message counts but if you intend to pull super segmented or historical delivery logs for internal clinical audits, you will need to export data into excel or other BI software. If we had more visual reporting options integrated into the UI, it would save us a step.

**What do you like best about HELLO By MSG91?**

As an IT Manager, I give utmost importance to the uptime and retrieval of API documentation. HELLO is good at both. The infrastructure appears to be created for global scaling. The REST APIs are well-documented. This proved beneficial to establish the initial handshake and to kick off quickly with our dev team. OTP delivery time is very low. It is very critical since we will route through multiple carriers.

**What do you dislike about HELLO By MSG91?**

While I appreciate the tech thought that’s gone into the tool, I find the native visualisation of the admin dashboard to be somewhat limited. To troubleshoot or review UP traffic data over a longer historic time period, we need to download the raw logs via API and conduct our own analysis through a BI tool.  The capability to view live delivery status on specific populated regions of the world should also be enabled through the “Reporting” section that must add sophisticated and flexible filters.

Most of all, I like how HELLO helps us outreach multi-channel. The catering businesses and events are largely  responsive businesses, so being able to use SMS, WhatsApp and Voice from one single platform is great. The cleanliness of the user interface allowed our sales team to onboard quickly. The OTP is delivered quickly and their bulk SMS platform is also useful for sending reminders for our events.

**What do you dislike about HELLO By MSG91?**

Their in-platform analytics could use some improvement. I appreciate seeing the delivery rates on the dashboard as a high-level overview, but I would like more detailed engagement metrics (like click through tracking on links) to show on the UI itself instead of having to export to a sheet. The initial setup of this software is easy but locating advanced settings in the documentation sometimes takes longer than it should.

HELLO has an intuitive UI with enterprise-grade reliability as major USP. A large-scale operation saves a lot on time using a single platform that can handle SMS, WhatsApp and Voice via 1 API. In the same way, the UI/UX is quite clean, and our business users can manage campaigns without much engineering assistance. The support team was very effective and they provided good training.

Although the basic capabilities are great, more advanced reporting would be appreciated. When we observe business technology, we want to see highly visual, drill-down dashboards that relate communication spend to customer outcomes. At the moment, we need to extract the data and push it to our internal BI tools for this. An update on how to enhance the visualisation of real-time success rates of global deliveries could help.

The best thing about HELLO By MSG91 is its omnichannel chat system, which has made our service delivery process much easier. As a Service Delivery Manager, the most important thing for me was a tool that could bring email, SMS and chat together in one place.Its drag-and-drop interface and automated ticket routing have significantly increased the speed of our team's work. In particular, when multiple users request support at the same time, it can intelligently distribute calls or chats. As a result, important notifications are delivered at the right time without any manual intervention on our part.

The HELLO mobile app experience could have been better.
Although the web version is very robust, notifications on 
the mobile app are occasionally delayed, which can cause some issues with real-time support.
Furthermore, I found the reporting section to be rather basic.
If we want to view advanced analytics or performance metrics, we have to export the data and work on it separately. It would have been more convenient for us if there had been more dynamic filtering options within the dashboard itself.

The biggest advantage of using HELLO By MSG91 is its omnichannel support. 
Previously, we used to handle SMS and email separately, but since 
we started using HELLO, we can manage chat, SMS and email communications with customers from a single location. 
Its API integration is so seamless that it took very little time to set it up on our backend. 
In particular, the OTP delivery speed has significantly improved our user experience. 
Whereas previously we had to check a lot of things manually, the automated workflow now saves our team a lot of time.

The dashboard interface can be complicated at times.
More often than not, while looking for a specific customer conversation or some old data, I end up applying the filters many times.

In addition, the mobile app’s user experience is inferior to that of its web counterpart, and notifications do not always arrive on time.

We primarily use HELLO By MSG91 to send bulk SMS, OTP verifications and customer notifications.
In our case, we need to send user registration and event/appointment updates very quickly, and since we set up the SMS API integration, this process has become largely automated.
Previously, we had to manage a lot of things manually, but now the SMS is triggered directly from the system.
What we liked most were the delivery speed and stability.
Most OTPs or messages are delivered within a few seconds, which has made our user experience smoother.

It is mainly used for client updates, campaign alert and verification messages which was a fairly simple set up. The design is very intuitive, and it won’t take long for the team to adapt. For high-stakes campaigns, reliable delivery messages, even at higher volumes, is essential. Our customer relationship management tools allow Twitter to fit in nicely and keep communication orderly with less manual follow-up.

We mainly used HELLO By MSG91 to handle OTP authentication and some transactional messaging from the backend. The API integration was relatively straightforward, and we didn't have much trouble connecting it to our existing system.
Message logs can be viewed from the dashboard, which is useful during debugging. The UI isn't very complex; basic tasks can be carried out quickly. In terms of performance, it was also stable most of the time we didn't encounter any major issues with the user login or verification flow. In our case, the login OTP flow was critical, and it worked properly most of the time, so we didn't have to open many support tickets.

As a backend developer, I mainly look at API reliability and integration flexibility, and MSG91 has performed reasonably well in those areas. We used it to implement OTP verification in the authentication flow, and the API responses were very consistent. Looking at the documentation, the integration didn't seem very difficult, especially when working in a Node.js environment. You can track logs from the dashboard, which is useful when debugging. Even though there was a high request load on our system, message delivery was successful in most cases. Even during a user login spike, the OTP flow didn't break down completely – this was important for backend stability.

**What do you like best about HELLO By MSG91?**

The biggest win for us is having all customer messages in one place. Before, our team was constantly switching between WhatsApp, Instagram, and email, and some requests inevitably slipped through the cracks. Now every conversation is tracked and can be assigned, which creates clear ownership and makes follow-ups much easier. The chatbot flows also handle basic queries well—especially order status and FAQs—and that has reduced a lot of manual effort for our support team.

Getting the chatbot flows set up initially took me a bit of time to get right. It wasn’t especially difficult, but it did require some upfront planning and thought to make everything work smoothly.
