Customer Support is really helpful and the consultants help to design a perfect solution for your needs. **What do you dislike about MPO?** We make use of many customized functions and over time (especially when requirements change) it can be a bit confusing to determine which processes are affected by new configuration. **What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, our business was conducted in excel exclusively. In our business, exceptions are more common than the "norm", which made it difficult to automate our processes. Excel gave us the flexibility to handle our work, but mistakes and inaccuracies were very common. MPO gave us the same flexibility as excel, but prevents most of the issues. ### 2. With regards to that it is very flexible. Performance is quite good if you know how to correctly work with the system. The system guide is very supportive. **What do you dislike about MPO?** We see that you need to be quite knowledgeable to understand the processes correctly and for new users, it takes quite some time to learn the ins and outs of the system. The system is not flexible in the way that when certain process steps are taken that you can revert it. Regarding visualization and reporting the system is lacking. Support from the organization is limited, lead time for issues that need resolving and changes that need implementing can take a long time. **What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?** MPO is supporting in changes that will support our operations, carrier integrations and invoicing so manual work can be limited as much as possible. ### 3. As a tool: the support of our business in our geographical environment in Europe, a lot of carriers - not to say all - in multiple countries, customs, B2C instead of FTL from A to B. **What do you dislike about MPO?** I understand MPO needs to go forward, but once a process with a customer is established steady and stable no one wants to be confronted with changes in the application. Unfortunately, refactoring has a lot of impacts causing a lot of delays and effort needed to continue as-is. **What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?** MPO isn't solving problems, it supports our solutions as 4 / 3 PL provider. That benefits the whole organization, as well as that of our customer. ### 4. They know the industry and how they can help solve the problems of their customers. They won't hesitate to go the extra mile to add whatever is needed to stand out or just meet our demands. **What do you dislike about MPO?** This flexibility comes at a price. As a client you must take ownership of your processes and implementation, in constant collaboration with MPO to keep your solution healthy at a reasonable cost. **What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Transport planning, transport execution, FBAP ### 5. The solution is scalable and agile and allows to adapt to all kinds of business and processes. It is allowing people also to really put some continuous improvements. **What do you dislike about MPO?** As the system is "open" and "setupable" , the config is sometimes never ended and can become complex to maintain. **What problems is MPO solving and how is that benefiting you?** The system is clearly helpful for the proactive alerts. Based on expected milestones and process monitoring you can clearly point out the fingers on your operations issues. ### 6.
