**What do you like best about MobiCRM?**

MobiCRM is an ergonomic, practical, and efficient solution for our collaborators. It is a platform that facilitates access to information for everyone and significantly improves our responsiveness to our clients. This intuitive solution was quickly adopted by our team, which facilitated its integration within our organization: in the administrative, commercial, and after-sales teams alike. Today, and very quickly, MobiCRM has become the daily work platform for our teams. Its mobility on smartphones facilitates our exchanges and the speed of processing our actions. Also, we appreciate the quality of customer support: fast, efficient, responsive, and always friendly! The pleasure of working with a human-sized company.

**What do you dislike about MobiCRM?**

Campaigns are not useful to us because we use other dedicated platforms.

**What problems is MobiCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access, transmission, and sharing of information for all collaborators (clients/prospects/partners/current leads...)
Updating, enriching, and real-time updating of customer databases
Organization and planning of schedules/client visits synchronized with the agenda
Use a single common tool with standardized methods and work supports
Easily create targets, export reliable databases for more effective marketing
In the absence of a collaborator, their activity can be transferred with one click
We all gain in time and efficiency!

easy use, adaptation to our needs, constant developments

Some features are less useful for selling services, but this is not a disadvantage for us.

the monitoring of the commercial team's actions, the archiving of collected information and data, the simple portfolio transmission
