The biggest advantage is finally being able to measure all our marketing channels in one place, including traditional media like TV, Radio and outdoor advertising that we couldn't track before. The platform doesn't rely on cookies or tracking, which is crucial given all the privacy changes happening. The interface is simple and straightforward that our marketing team can use it without needing help from data analysts and data scientists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There aren't major downsides honestly. The media budget optimization feature isn't available yet, but the team was proactive about providing documentations and templates we can use in the meantime until it launches early next year.
