We have been working with Mirth Connect on a daily basis for over 15 years, and it continues to be a key pillar of our integration and interoperability projects. One of the most helpful aspects is the ease and speed of implementation and integration, which significantly reduces time-to-production. Thanks to its intuitive channel-based architecture and powerful built-in tools, we can develop, test, and deploy new interfaces in a very agile and efficient way — a critical factor in healthcare environments where timelines are often tight. Also the low code capabilities to configure continuous data transformation and mapping rules is really optimal in getting Healthcare API onboarded. **What do you dislike about Mirth Connect?** Bad data scalability and reporting capabilities. Mirth does not have explicit reporting module to generate custom reporting on real time data being integrated. This pain point is true for all competitive tools in the market as well.
