**What do you like best about MiniCRM?**

I love using MiniCRM for its simplicity. It's become a vital tool in managing our daily tasks effectively. I appreciate that we don't have to rely on memory or sticky notes around the workspace anymore. Assigning tasks and reminders works especially well, which helps us stay organized. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about MiniCRM?**

The pricing structure and functions are not clearly communicated. It is not easy to decide what we are using etc.

**What problems is MiniCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use MiniCRM to track customers and related tasks, eliminating the need to remember tasks or use post-its.

**What do you like best about MiniCRM?**

The most helpful parts of MiniCRM, in my experience, are the automatic reminders, the ability to import customer data quickly, and the low cost compared to competitors. I've found that MiniCRM is most helpful for its customization and integration of all aspects of our required CRM solution.

**What do you dislike about MiniCRM?**

The least helpful part about MiniCRM, in my experience, is the fact that they are based in Hungary. MiniCRM being based in Hungary may increase support response time as we are based in the USA, and there is a significant time zone difference. Regardless, MiniCRM has been very prompt so far in responding to our support requests. However, we have not yet attempted to reach their support via phone call, only via email.

**Recommendations to others considering MiniCRM:**

MiniCRM is a great product overall. However, the location of the support team in a specific country may deter those who only speak English.

**What problems is MiniCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiniCRM has helped our company to solve our customer service issues. We have realized the benefits offered in the areas of marketing and invoicing, all without the need for considerable investment of money and time

**What do you like best about MiniCRM?**

They are providing a rich dashboard with great functionalities like sales management tool, emails, chat support tools, Data storage, professional looking graphs in dashboard and also we can add our team members in the system. This CRM software is actually good.

**What do you dislike about MiniCRM?**

The data is compact in visibility. we can't customize too much in the dashboard. Also we can't customize the dashboard too much & there are some issues in Emails like whenever the Email section loads it takes longer than usual.

**What problems is MiniCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This CRM software is great for beginners & small business. I used this & it's really worthy.

I liked how easily accessible and data adjacent this tool/platform is (works well as plug-in to other applications as well)

There wasn't necessarily anything to dislike about this service in that it's insularity was part of the appeal

**Recommendations to others considering MiniCRM:**

Easy to adopt and use-not as daunting as Smartsheets or similar type data management aggregator.

Aggregating crm-like lead/prospect totals, sales data, etc.
