What do you like best about MiniCRM?

The most helpful parts of MiniCRM, in my experience, are the automatic reminders, the ability to import customer data quickly, and the low cost compared to competitors. I've found that MiniCRM is most helpful for its customization and integration of all aspects of our required CRM solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MiniCRM?

The least helpful part about MiniCRM, in my experience, is the fact that they are based in Hungary. MiniCRM being based in Hungary may increase support response time as we are based in the USA, and there is a significant time zone difference. Regardless, MiniCRM has been very prompt so far in responding to our support requests. However, we have not yet attempted to reach their support via phone call, only via email.
