What do you like best about MightyCall?

The features MightyCall offers are beyond what the others do. We switched from Phone.com a few years ago and have no regrets. The interface is user-friendly and it's easy to set up and manage the online portal. The few times I've needed support, it has always been quick and professional. We use MightyCall in the daily management of processing phone calls before they have to get to an operator. Because of the many options which have been enhanced over the past couple of years, we seldom have to speak with a customer as their questions are answered within the IVR. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

The original pricing structure was great, but we are only grandfathered in for a few more months and then MightyCall plans to more than double what we pay now. At that time, we'll have to leave unless a better pricing agreement can be reached. We chose MIghtyCall based on our needs and the pricing offered. We only allow a slight price increase with our vendors and the one proposed is quite substantial. The new pricing is no longer targeted toward theimost important demographic which is the SMALLEST of small businesses and needs to be corrected before it's too late. If they fix this, they'll be A+ all around in our book and we'll remain with them for a very, very long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MightyCall?

MightyCall is simple to use, cost-effective, and reliable for small to mid-sized teams that need flexibility. I appreciate the intuitive dashboard and how easy it is to set up call flows, voicemail routing, and business hours. What do you dislike about MightyCall?

The mobile app can lag occasionally or have minor glitches, especially after updates. There’s also some room for improvement in call quality consistency when on weak networks.
