I like that there are a lot of templates. I like that you can choose heading styles and subheadings very easily, so if it needs to be copied into WordPress or elsewhere online, it retains the formatting. You can also design basic brochures and newsletters relatively easily. While I don't use the AI, I use the "Review" section a lot. It's comparable to Grammarly. It can restructure sentences to make them flow better and more logically. It also helps with punctuation and grammar. I really appreciate that they updated it. I also use Excel, and appreciate that I can make pretty-looking tables and documents that are easier to read. I use Word all month, several times a week. It's easy to use and offers a lot more features than Google's suite. I can't compare it with the others. But for formatting to print, there's no better option than 365. It's one of the easiest to use with the most capabilities. **What do you dislike about Microsoft 365?** I don't like the Copilot, and honestly, I worry that it is capable of using my documents and writing to learn/teach LLMs. I do my best to turn it off wherever that is an option. I also dislike that they just changed the default fonts one day. There were no explanations about accessibility and usability. I don't think the new font offered anything but change for change's sake. **What problems is Microsoft 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** The templates and formatting are great, and the Review function, as I previously mentioned, is a great alternative to Grammarly, and it doesn't change your writing style. I've found the AI features on other review software are too much -- they take over and change your writing style. The current software for reviewing on 365 is "just right," and I do appreciate it. ### 10.
