I use Microsoft 365 for creating reports in Excel, drafting documents in Word, managing emails with Outlook, and collaborating with my team using Teams. It helps keep everything organized and makes communication and work tracking much easier. Excel helps me manage and analyze data for reports, Word is used for creating clear documents, Outlook keeps all communication organized, and Teams makes it easy to collaborate and share quickly. What do you dislike about Microsoft 365? What doesn't always work well with Microsoft 365 is that some apps can feel a bit heavy and slow, especially with large file syncing issues on OneDrive or Teams also happen sometimes, which can be frustrating. Also, there are so many features that it can feel overwhelming and not very intuitive for new users. Sometimes has sync issues and version conflicts and Teams can lag or delay updates. I like that it's easy to create, modify, and delete users, assign licenses, and activate MFA. My experience has been very good; the administration platform is intuitive. Implementing user licenses has been easy. Generally, I assign a temporary password and require the user to change it upon logging in. This is very useful for ensuring users are responsible for their data. When users forget their password, it's very easy to reset it as an administrator, I Have never used the customer support. We're very familiar with using the Microsoft 365 platform. I find the desktop version of Teams excellent, since when we've used other brands for meetings and screen sharing, the quality has been poor. It also provides account security with the MFA feature. I love the autosaving feature in Microsoft 365 because it boosts my productivity and gives me peace of mind, as I no longer have to worry about forgetting to save files. I also really enjoy the new Claude Add-in, which makes it super easy to communicate what I need and get the job done, especially since it helps in finding broken formulas. I would like it to be easier to pick the location where I want a file to be saved because sometimes it's hard to find where it saved the files. The desktop applications can be quite resource-intensive, occasionally leading to slow load times or lag when working with very large datasets or complex spreadsheets.
