M365 lets me work from any device, no matter where I am. My files are automatically saved so I don’t lose any of my work. The apps the I use the most like Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook they all connect together well, which makes it easy and faster to work. The problem initially was data loss and collabration with other team members with giving them limited rights. Now with M365 all my work is automatically saved to cloud, I don't have any fear of data loss. I think there should be more training, especially on maybe Excel. I think it was kind of tedious to set up Microsoft 365 a few years ago.
