The integration with MS 365 tools like teams, excel, power bi and sharepoint works very smoothly and also reduce duplicate work. I would say that the performance of it is very reliable even if the project is large or portfolio has multiple projects and programs inside it. The pricing is good as it provides whole solution in package replacing different reporting tools in just one solution. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Project & Portfolio Management?** The support experience and onboarding can feel slow and complex, especially for new users without proper project management tool exposure. Some features has to be learned and guidance is necessary and documentation is also required.
