It's easy to navigate, the software was designed with ease of implementation in mind, customer support is very responsive, and there are so many features to offer that every brand can use it daily in their business. Miappi has excellent ease of integration with other third-party services. **What do you dislike about Miappi?** None, so far Miappi offers the best options in the business to promote their products. And all of the staff is very approachable and responsive if you book with them. **What problems is Miappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** How we can actually introduce our brands in social media, right now there's so many platforms offering the same as this, however there's no guarantee. Miappi can offer to assist the brands get the most return on investment in their business. ### 2. We chose Miappi because of their easy-to-use interface and advanced eCommerce features. The team's strategic advice has been much appreciated. **What do you dislike about Miappi?** It's hard to find an issue with Miappi, and I'm honestly having a hard time thinking of one. As a tip - I highly recommend to get their demo as the team were brilliant on our first call and their consultative approach really helped set them apart. **What problems is Miappi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Miappi for sourcing UGC from social and directly from customers and filling our content pipeline.
