**What do you like best about Messangi?**

Messangi has been a reliable and committed partner. From the beginning, everything they promised has been fulfilled, and their platform has worked as expected. What we value most is the agility and flexibility of their support team: they have always been willing to adapt to our needs and have responded quickly and efficiently whenever we have needed them.

**What do you dislike about Messangi?**

So far, we have not had major inconveniences. Although there are areas where they could strengthen the technical documentation or improve some interfaces, the support they provide has more than compensated for these points.

**What problems is Messangi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our case, Messangi has allowed us to centralize and automate the sending of communications through channels like SMS and WhatsApp, something crucial for our business model based on multichannel campaigns. Thanks to their platform, we have been able to reduce execution times and improve the traceability of our campaigns. Additionally, the support team has been key in quickly adjusting the configuration to our specific needs, which has accelerated our ability to react to changes or new business requirements.

The best of Messangi is how it brings all communication channels—like SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS—together in one easy-to-use platform. This makes it simple to reach my customers in the way we prefer, with messages that feel personal and relevant. The platform is also flexible, so it can grow with our business, and it offers helpful insights to improve our communication efforts. The team of customer support is always available to helps with any problems or doubts.

Truly, there's nothing I would say I dislike about Messangi. It’s a usefyll, ease of integration and implementation platform that meets all my communication needs effectively

Messangi is solving communication challenges like delays, resource-intensive processes, and low engagement. With multiple channels—like SMS, WhatsApp, and Email—into one platform, it reduces high wait times and ensures more consistent service quality. This means responses are quicker from the team, less time and resources are wasted, and messages reach a broader audience. As a result, I’ve seen a significant improvement in engagement and overall efficiency, making my communication strategies much more effective.

**What do you like best about Messangi?**

The best thing about this easy-to-use platform is its number of functional solutions. The list is long, from contact management, the easy integration to our contacts base, live chat, and the creation of chatbots; it allows me to unify communication channels and analyze with reports how my campaigns have performed. All of this increases the company's performance due to the streamlining of communication between customers and the company, making it an optimal and effective process.

It helps me that it has a simple-to-use interface for my communications, helping me boost efficiency and ensure our messages are personalized and timely. **What do you like best about Messangi?**

To find reliable SMS Gateway partner these days, it is a real challenge. Especially partner that can be reliable and inovative in this industry. 
Since the begining Messangi has been a bridge that connects all communication gaps in so unique locations that no other provider even offers as service. Exactly that ability which granted extending our Qtrac application services to areas in the world, where other companies hesitate to tread, has been nothing short of remarkable. 

With Messangi's help we entered into markets that were previously inaccessible. That meant big expand and diverse demographics for our Qtrac application. 

What is also impresive is their dedication to address every challenge that we encounter. Their support team is remarkable and their fast responsivnes gives us peace of mind, every time when new challenge might be encountered. We have succesfully integraded into both versions of our platform, as well as individual API integrations like WhatsApp. 
Believe it or not, Messangi and their Whatsapp integration was one of the reasons to expand to that option for our overseas customers. 

Couple of main bullet points that I would like to express:
1. amazing and reliable service, with coverage in countries where no other competitor can even dream imagine.
2. amazing support team! Grisel and team! thank you for all you do for us!
3. smooth and easy API integrations!

We are highly recommending Messangi for your SMS communication needs!

**What do you dislike about Messangi?**

There is nothing to dislike about messangi. Maybe small recommendation instead. The reporting pages can get better and more granual. For example, it would be nice to see usage per phone number directly in the dashboards. At this moment this is achiavable but you have to play with the raw data logo file into an excel.

The feature that impresses me the most is the live chat software, particularly its capacity to quickly respond to customer inquiries and the smooth transition it facilitates to live chat agents when needed. This enhances the customer support process and significantly reduces the workload on customer service teams by automating initial interactions and intelligently routing more complex queries to human agents.

It's been smooth integration using their platform, and it does everything I need for customer support without any hassle.

Making it easier to engage with customers across channels SMS and WhatsApp without switching between different tools. The live chat feature, in particular, has been a game-changer, enabling quick responses to inquiries and efficient redirection to live chat agents when necessary.

In short, your platform is quite comprehensive and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Messangi?**

In the performance report summary, I can't see the date and time it was sent, only the date it was scheduled. I would like to be able to filter in that section the shipments that are made and not just by the sending date.

Messangi covers our need by providing us with a functional Campaign Manager to manage our communication via SMS.

The Support team is very pleasant, willing and knowledgeable to assist me within minutes of being contacted. Whether it is day or night, any day of the week even on holidays, I find that the team is flexible and is concerned about my resolutions being provided in a timely manner.
