What do you like best about Messangi?

The best thing about this easy-to-use platform is its number of functional solutions. The list is long, from contact management, the easy integration to our contacts base, live chat, and the creation of chatbots; it allows me to unify communication channels and analyze with reports how my campaigns have performed. All of this increases the company's performance due to the streamlining of communication between customers and the company, making it an optimal and effective process. What do you like best about Messangi?

To find reliable SMS Gateway partner these days, it is a real challenge. Especially partner that can be reliable and inovative in this industry.

Since the begining Messangi has been a bridge that connects all communication gaps in so unique locations that no other provider even offers as service. Exactly that ability which granted extending our Qtrac application services to areas in the world, where other companies hesitate to tread, has been nothing short of remarkable.

With Messangi's help we entered into markets that were previously inaccessible. That meant big expand and diverse demographics for our Qtrac application.

What is also impresive is their dedication to address every challenge that we encounter. Their support team is remarkable and their fast responsivnes gives us peace of mind, every time when new challenge might be encountered. We have succesfully integraded into both versions of our platform, as well as individual API integrations like WhatsApp.

Believe it or not, Messangi and their Whatsapp integration was one of the reasons to expand to that option for our overseas customers.

Couple of main bullet points that I would like to express:

1. amazing and reliable service, with coverage in countries where no other competitor can even dream imagine.

2. amazing support team! Grisel and team! thank you for all you do for us!

3. smooth and easy API integrations!

What do you dislike about Messangi?

There is nothing to dislike about messangi. Maybe small recommendation instead. The reporting pages can get better and more granual. For example, it would be nice to see usage per phone number directly in the dashboards. At this moment this is achiavable but you have to play with the raw data logo file into an excel.
