What do you like best about MedTrainer?

The course catalog has an incredible amount of training for my employees. The best part, however, is the support we get from the MedTrainer team! MedTrainer's offerings are a value at the cost we pay per user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MedTrainer?

What do you like best about MedTrainer?

Integrates with ADP, but even then it doesn't pull the fields that we would like for it to pull. Another positive pricing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MedTrainer?

Everything. This by far has been the worst experience in a system implementation. The system does not customize to the needs of the organization. It's a one shoe fits all, and that is not the case for all organizations. If trainings have expired, you are not able to set a new due date, you have to re-issue the trainings even when it impacts your whole staff. This is one problem of the many we have encountered. 1/10.
