The ease of use is just a dream to work with. I was able to set up all of our groups and employees without complications or needing to check their detailed training pack or ask the support team to help. On any areas for insurances or validations that I was uncertain of the support staff responded immediately and we were back on track, all my questions were guided in a meeting and I was supplied with an email breakdown, incase I forgot elements, we had discussed.

I'd like if they would change some wording of the drop down menu.
For example , I'd like my credentialers and providers not to all be in the same section under employees, would be nice if they were separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
