Implementation was really easy and we received lots of support from MeBeBot

The ability to update answers quickly.

The ability to schedule updated answers (e.g., Open Enrollment, Year-end Performance Management)

What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

From an admin perspective, I would love if the system auto-saved when updating the Feedback page. Also, it would have been nice to have an approval workflow built into the system vs using tags. We made it work though!

We recently implemented MeBeBot and the experience has been excellent. The set up and implementation was simple and efficient. What stood out the most was the dedicated support provided at every stage, ensuring a seamless transition. The chatbot has proven to be a valuable tool in streamlining HR processes and enhancing responsiveness. Overall, a smooth and impactful implementation that we would highly recommend.

What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

It meets employees where they are already working (in Slack) to answer common questions, saving our internal team time as they no longer need to monitor multiple channels or spend time answering questions. MeBeBot was easy to set up and linking it to our Confluence environment saved time in generating the guard-railed answers we wanted to control. Integration took just minutes. Another big upside - our company cares deeply about privacy and this tool does not collect employee information. It is also not just an "HR chatbot" it can cover the full breadth of enterprise questions. We have not yet used the generative AI features but we know how it works and will be considering it in our future roadmap. The MeBeBot team has been very hands on to help us get the most usage and adoption from the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the best features of MBB is employees really can't get wrong answers. They may get an answer that doesn't exactly fit the question or they may get a response that needs more clarity. What won't happen with MBB is hallucination that other large language models are prone to. When communicating employee policy it's important that only reviewed answers be provided. It's easy to look at MBB and think it's going to be like ChatGPT but the application, by design, doesn't work the same way. What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

Mebebot one is an amazing AI assistant that I have found that was able to incorporate all of my company's knowledge into its database and enables my employees with almost 100% of their queries and makes their performance better and faster. It helps me cut costs on support costs,and helps me focus more time on the company's growth. Mebebot was so easy to implement I loved that I could intergrate it with other software that I use such as Microsoft teams,sap,text messaging and Google drive. It's so easy to use a person does not need to have alot of technical knowledge to use it. It comes with a lot of tools like the AI wizard,the content hub. I especially like the content hub you can add,edit and train the AI wizard based on the interaction from the employees. Mebebot is also great for providing analysis data which helps me better understand my employees needs in order to improve their performance by providing skills training if needed by the feedback from the live dashboard.i also like that it is available for use anywhere as it is available both on computer and mobile devices so my employees can never say they don't have access. What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?

I do not really have any general complaints only that the fees structure is a bit high depending on which package option is chosen. I'n my business we deal with alot of different clients from other countries so we need an AI that is multi lingual and that meant we needed the enterprise+ package as that is the one that has the multilingual package and is slightly high priced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
