Sometimes it bings when the sheet is toooo long so it needs improvement in this point. I wish it could read and handle larger sizes and data instantly.

Implementation was really easy and we received lots of support from MeBeBot
The ability to update answers quickly.  
The ability to schedule updated answers (e.g., Open Enrollment, Year-end Performance Management)
Working with Beth and Mindy.  Both really listen to feedback and work really hard to implement suggestions.
Easy to use for both the admin and associate
The chatbot is available 24/7 to answer associates' questions about HR related topics
Track "not helpful" feedback to make adjustments and help MeBeBot learn

From an admin perspective, I would love if the system auto-saved when updating the Feedback page. Also, it would have been nice to have an approval workflow built into the system vs using tags.  We made it work though!
We really need to be download the "not helpful" feedback in a usable format.

MeBeBot enables us to have answers to common HR related questions available to associates within seconds. This is helping to decrease the number of cases we are seeing in the case management tool.  Also, with the anonymity I think associates feel comfortable asking their questions versus sending an email.

Traditional HR organizations spend a lot of time answering questions from their employee population, a lot of times are the same common questions.  Unlike where HR team members are only available Mon - Fri, MeBeBot can answer questions for employees 24/7.  Another great thing about MeBeBot is how quickly it answers questions.  A lot of employees in HR organizations that don't utilize an intelligent assistant like MeBeBot, wait hours or days for a response to a routine inquiry.  The last benefit I would say is that responses are 100% consistent and never change.

We recently implemented MeBeBot and the experience has been excellent. The set up and implementation was simple and efficient. What stood out the most was the dedicated support provided at every stage, ensuring a seamless transition. The chatbot has proven to be a valuable tool in streamlining HR processes and enhancing responsiveness. Overall, a smooth and impactful implementation that we would highly recommend.

There was one very minor issue with integrating with SharePoint but that was quickly resolved with the dedicated and prompt support from the MeBeBot team.

**What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

It meets employees where they are already working (in Slack) to answer common questions, saving our internal team time as they no longer need to monitor multiple channels or spend time answering questions.  MeBeBot was easy to set up and linking it to our Confluence environment saved time in generating the guard-railed answers we wanted to control.  Integration took just minutes.  Another big upside - our company cares deeply about privacy and this tool does not collect employee information.  It is also not just an "HR chatbot" it can cover the full breadth of enterprise questions.  We have not yet used the generative AI features but we know how it works and will be considering it in our future roadmap. The MeBeBot team has been very hands on to help us get the most usage and adoption from the tool.

The admin portal is easy to use but the reporting and feedback portals could be improved.

It is freeing up our team from monitoring multiple slack channels to address employee questions, giving them the basics and pointing them to where they can find more detail.  It also allows for escalation of questions that do require more personalized responses.

One of the best features of MBB is employees really can't get wrong answers. They may get an answer that doesn't exactly fit the question or they may get a response that needs more clarity.  What won't happen with MBB is hallucination that other large language models are prone to.  When communicating employee policy it's important that only reviewed answers be provided.

It's easy to look at MBB and think it's going to be like ChatGPT but the application, by design, doesn't work the same way.  It sometimes a challenge to explain that to new users, but once they understand why it doesn't exactly operate like a LLM they get it.

Too often, if an employee wants to know something about a policy or benefits, they often have to search through emails or online documents to get the answer or email somebody in HR which takes time to get a response.

**What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

Mebebot one is an amazing AI assistant that I have found that was able to incorporate all of my company's knowledge into its database and enables my employees with almost 100% of their queries and makes their performance better and faster. It helps me cut costs on support costs,and helps me focus more time on the company's growth. Mebebot was so easy to implement I loved that I could intergrate it with other software that I use such as Microsoft teams,sap,text messaging and Google drive. It's so easy to use a person does not need to have alot of technical knowledge to use it. It comes with a lot of tools like the AI wizard,the content hub. I especially like the content hub you can add,edit and train the AI wizard based on the interaction from the employees. Mebebot is also great for providing analysis data which helps me better understand my employees needs in order to improve their performance by providing skills training if needed by the feedback from the live dashboard.i also like that it is available for use anywhere as it is available both on computer and mobile devices so my employees can never say they don't have access.

I do not really have any general complaints only that the fees structure is a bit high depending on which package option is chosen. I'n my business we deal with alot of different clients from other countries so we need an AI that is multi lingual and that meant we needed the enterprise+ package as that is the one that has the multilingual package and is slightly high priced

It helps me see whether or not my employees are struggling with anything and need any extra skills training by using the sentiment feature that lets me create surveys and send it to my employees to gather feedback from various sectors of the company by using the sentiment analysis data that I get back.

We love MeBeBot as is! But it would be great if MeBeBot could to integrate with other platforms to do things like retrieve employee paystubs, provide time off balances and open HR help tickets on their behalf.

It's a major time-saver, allowing employees to get on-demand help 24/7. This is critical in a remote,  distributed environment with a lean HR team and a workforce that spans every U.S. timezone. It's also very easy to administer.

Although it is certainly possible to train the bot, I do wish the question bank could be customized.

From onboarding to offboarding and everything in between, it was becoming increasingly more difficult with our distributed workforce in the U.S. and Germany to provide employees with consistent answers to their questions in a timely fashion. 

In just 5 months, MeBeBot was able to serve up answers to 2,202 questions resulting in approximately 367 hours saved! In particular, Care.com has a relatively robust benefits package that can make it challenging for employees to fully absorb and understand all of the Total Rewards options available to them. Questions regarding Benefits make up approximately half of the questions being answered! Since adopting the MeBeBot solution, employees have been more empowered to understand their options and be better able to make decisions to suit the particular needs of themselves and their families. It's definitely a win-win solution!

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

I would love to see the survey functionality become a little more sophisticated; however, it's a new feature for MeBeBot. I have no doubt they will consider customer feedback and continue improving just as they have been all along in the short time we have been using the solution.

Slack is our most used communication tool, so it makes sense for employees to have those answers available to them where they are working. The Push Messages have significantly helped with our communication strategies (again, meeting employees where they are) with the necessary information and ability to tailor to specific audiences.

So many things!!!  1) The library of questions and answers that are easy to enable!  We enabled more than 80% of the questions for 30 countries within a 6-week implementation.  2) The feedback from answers that employees find do not meet their needs is easy and quick to update so that the next employee can get a better solution.  3) The working relationship with recurring check-ins from MeBeBot to make sure we are informed of new developments, solving problems, and listening to our feedback is like no other...truly superb!

MeBeBot is constantly evolving and rolling out enhancements every month so overall, we are pretty happy.  The MeBeBot team is genuinely interested in receiving customer input so they can continue expanding its offerings and support.

**What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

In my work at Care.com, we have seen the launch of the AI employee experience assistant, MeBeBot, improve the employee experience. Employees can receive automated real-time responses specific to their location—saving them time searching various resources to find an answer. Employees have the opportunity to provide feedback on the quality of the response, and the platform can learn without human intervention to better assist employees - automating human-centered design. 

The Facilities, IT, and HR teams were able to reduce the noise and centralize targeted communications to their employees within Slack. In addition, MeBeBot provided the Facilities, IT, and HR departments the opportunity to come together as one team to support the employee experience in a way we could not do before.   

On the backend, MeBeBot provides data signals to our support teams so they can easily see what is top of mind for employees and adjust in real-time to incorporate their feedback into improving the employee experience. MeBeBot is working in real-time to learn about the employee population and provide the data needed to make informed right-sized solutions. We are taking the guesswork out of the equation.

We can also create tailored communications that can be sent directly to the audience that needs it when it matters most in Slack, where our employees are communicating the most. 

MeBeBot was also easy to launch, as it came pre-loaded with common questions already answered. We could tweak answers easily to align with the Care.com culture.  

MeBeBot also provides a customer success contact to ensure we are leveraging the tool's full functionality and addressing any issues quickly.

I know this is on the roadmap for the future. The ability to tailor answers down to the state level, or by specific office locations in the US, would be ideal.

MeBeBot is providing the data signals needed to drive a people-first culture. MeBeBot also automates human-centered design for our team. It provides a channel for employees to interact with us in a two-way communication method that we couldn't before. They can give meaningful feedback outside our annual engagement survey. The feedback helps MeBeBot learn in real-time and informs the team of what is top of mind for employees and how we can better meet their needs.

**What do you like best about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

MeBeBot is our Tier 1 support service for a small People Team. I feel like it saves me from answering repeated questions and I can stay on track with other initiatives. Our employees use it consistently, and now my emails start with, "I asked MeBeBot first and it told me the next steps..." 

Beyond the convenience for both employees and myself, the MeBeBot team is constantly improving the platform and tool. We give feedback and they genuinely listen. For example, we saw that there was a question regarding 'Employee Stock Purchase Program' but no question for incentive stock options. We are a growing start-up and so we wanted a question that would fit into explaining ISOs to new employees. We provided feedback to MeBeBot, and they saw that this was an opportunity for our company and other companies using their tool. The question was up and running within a matter of days. This is a small example of their speed and care in improving their product, but I could share so many instances!

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

We have MeBeBot integrated with Slack and Slack does have some restrictions on what can be published from the bot. With these restrictions, we can't have pictures within the bot responses or push messages. Our team is a big fan of FAQ docs and we like to guide folks through step-by-step instructions with screenshots. That said, MeBeBot is continuously improving as they develop the tool. It feels like a partnership and we can brainstorm creative ways around the Slack restrictions together.

**What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. It gives me the gift of time. An added bonus is the reporting features on answered questions. We have a company meeting and discuss new holidays for the next year. We see a spike in inquiries to MeBeBot around 'Company Holidays.' Was this a jump in questions asked because we talked about it or because it's December and everyone is checking before the new year starts? How does this compare to last year? We can pull these reports and use them to improve our communication as a team.

What better way to reinforce a culture of self-service, autonomy, and empowerment than by making human resources, information technology, payroll, and facilities information available to employees 24/7 across the globe.  That's what MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant does.  With an easy, straightforward implementation process, MeBeBot was deployed quickly.  Using natural language, employees can ask questions and get real-time, region-specific answers, while HR, IT, payroll, and facilities employees can turn their time and attention to more value-add initiatives.

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

There is nothing to dislike about MeBeBot.  It truly is an intelligent assistant that comes pre-loaded with a robust library of the most common questions employees ask and "learns" as employees ask questions.  While there will be an investment initially to drive user adoption, the investment pays off quickly.

**What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time is a precious resource.  MeBeBot allows our HR, IT, Payroll, and Facilities employees to get out of the business of responding to the same, common questions over and over again, and back to focusing on initiatives that help us attract, retain, and motivate top talent.  MeBeBot drives consistency in responses, and makes it easy for employees to find information (versus having to hunt through SharePoint).  We have also found MeBeBot to be an invaluable tool for employees that join the company through an acquisition.

MeBeBot does require information to be accessible internally vs reading my mind which is what I would prefer :). It forces our company to have updated information posted and do routine audits of information both in our intranet and MeBeBot.

Faster answers to employees, data on what information might be confusing or not understood by the employee base. Another avenue of communicating with employees that meets employees where they are at (for us that is in Microsoft Teams).

At the core, MeBebot provides 24/7 responses to employee questions.  The tool provided immediate value as an augment to the HR and IT teams.  Its scope has expanded to now deliver service around the world, to support push messaging and surveying.

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

Not one thing.  The MeBeBot team strives to expand its functionality, takes customer feedback seriously and serves as a true partner to the HR team.

**Recommendations to others considering MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant:**

I strongly recommend MeBeBot as a cost-effective way to augment the HR team, allowing team members' time to go toward higher-value work.  Reporting provides diagnostics on questions being asked and can alert you to the need for improved communications.  The pulse survey feature allows you to get real time feedback.  Push messaging is a great way to gain employee attention versus having an email message become buried and unseen.

I made the decision as EVP, HR for E2open in 2018 to be the first customer of MeBeBot.  I saw the immediate value for a company that was making serial acquisitions and needed to bring information to large groups of people in real time.  The solution did not disappoint, and the use case was expanded to a global footprint and to serve IT questions.  It will remain a standard of support within the company.

As noted, MeBeBot solves the need to provide more resources to employees.  With a small HR staff, this is critically important.  I calculate that about 5 days of time was saved monthly with the volume of questions that would have taken time from a staff member and now are answered through MeBeBot.

Solves the 'Tier 1'  one-to-many Q&A scale-up problem. With hundreds of people arriving and all having the same questions, MeBeBot shines as a 24/7/multi-country natural language Q&A service. With thousands of pre-populated questions, HR teams can write & edit the default answers as the answers are crafted.

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

There's not much to dislike. It's a case of wanting more. The default answers are not yet role/level specific. For example, a question about a Company's compensation practices should have different answers depending on whether you are an employee (more generic) vs a Manager (with more links to education, tools and training). At this time, only a generic 'one answer fits all' approach is possible. But the MeBeBot team is working on that.

Thousands of employee questions have been answered in real-time with a standardized, consistent response. As administrators, we receive reports about the types of questions that are being asked, how many were answered and which one's were asked but not answered satisfactorily. This allows us to continuously expand and improve the range of 'trained' answers. The so what? We focus on expanding the knowledge base vs. answering tickets.

Ease of use for employees: As a slack integration, it is a one-stop location for Tier 1 questions to be answered

Time saved for People team: Before MeBeBot we were answering about 400 questions a month that came in related to Tier 1 or Tier 2 requests. We estimate that at least 10 hrs a month is saved in using MeBeBot allowing our team to spend time on other key projects.

**What do you dislike about MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant?**

It is still a new product so any areas of improvement will likely come with further product development. For example, being able to know how is asking a question related to manager needs vs employee needs would be great.

**What problems is MeBeBot Intelligent Assistant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving for time and immediacy to get an answer to the employee on some of the most basic yet fundamental questions.
