Its a matter of getting used to it. **What problems is Mathilda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lots of problems resolved 1) Helped me to keep track of the schedules and chase the hiring manager (Boss or CTO). I can breath a bit more and more time to source for candidates. 2) I feel that we hired more accurate employee after using Mathilda. 3) I received lesser emails asking me for feedback. 4) Make me think and have a clearer alignment with hiring manger. 5) ### 3.
