# How do I repeat the same objectives from other roles without retyping it again?

I believe there should be a easier way that I have not discover

2 ways: you can clone the job and save it as a new Job or you can use Custom Workflow where you define a workflow for that particular job each time that job is open. Hope this helps! Or drop us an email and our CS team will show you how.
