# What's the most trusted IT asset management platform by system administrators based on user reviews?

Warranty status and last-patched date are what we check most during a support incident on NinjaOne. The one gap that's occasionally slowed us down is when a device gets replaced and nobody manually retires the old asset record in time, so there are briefly two records for what's really one machine.
