Marilyn guides you through the entire setup process, which doesn't take long at all. All you need to do is connect the channels and import the campaigns into the interface, then set up the bid manager and the automated reporting. The fact that I don't need to adjust the bids automatically saves me on average 2 hours per day. And the same goes for reporting. The statistics graphs are also very easy to use. They give me a clear sense of where the campaign is heading, whether I need to increase the spend or slow down. UTM tagging and link checking are also very useful finctions. I also think Marilyn is unique in how much flexibility it offers in terms of bidding. **What do you dislike about Marilyn?** The design of the interface could be improved a bit, sometimes after an update the design looks a bit strange, however that is usually rectified by tech support within an hour. Other than that not much to complain about - very solid product. **Recommendations to others considering Marilyn:** Very good, solid and reliable platform. It may take some time to adjust to the interface and the logic of it, but once you do, it's very easy to use. **What problems is Marilyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can manage a lot more campaigns with Marilyn, as a lot of the processes I would have otherwise done manually, can be automated. As I deal with large customers who run thousands of campaigns on all channels simultaneuously, I would have never been able to manage that volume without Marilyn. ### 4. You basically set the condition and the action it needs to take if that condition has been fulfilled. That functionality allows to execute the entire bidding strategy automatically and manage a high volume of campaigns. The reporting is also good - updated in real-time. Also there is a very useful feature to get report automatically by email. **What do you dislike about Marilyn?** Not much. A few glitches here and there, but tech support fixed them withing minutes of me notifying them. :) **Recommendations to others considering Marilyn:** Great product, very reliable, never let me down. If you have similar solutions - definitely check Marilyn out - you might be pleasantly surprised! **What problems is Marilyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Scalability and efficiency: With Marilyn we are spending on average 35% less time on campaign management due to automation options it offers. And because of increased efficiency we can manage more campaigns per person. ### 5. The similar features include rules for automatic bid adjustment, support for the main advertising platforms - Google Adwords, Facebook ads etc and report scheduling. It also has an excellent integration with Yandex Direkt and it's own editor for Yandex ads. The most useful tools are cross-checking for negative keywords between campaigns, to make sure they don't compete with each other, UTM-tagging, showing recommended bids, based on the stats it collects and intelligent performance monitoring. Also it has an excellent CPA optimization tool, which can increase the CPA up to 20% without having to increase the campaign budget - very impressive! **What do you dislike about Marilyn?** If you are used to working with a different platform, it may take you a day or two to get used to Marilyn's interface, however once you know your way around it, it's pretty easy to use. Otherwise there are no bugs or glitches - works very smoothly. **Recommendations to others considering Marilyn:** Definitely try it out, it's an excellent alternative to other automation platforms with loads of interesting functions! **What problems is Marilyn solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem we are solving is scalability. As we are running multiple campaigns, Marilyn allows us to scale them out, edit them en masse, control the budgets better.
