It enables me to easily make changes on my price model in order to compete effectively and at the same time increase the profit margin. **What do you dislike about MARGUARD?** There is a sense that the functionality of reporting in MARGUARD is somewhat reduced. It fails to offer historical changes in the price of an item and can barely track competitor’s pricing strategy in varying food product categories. **What problems is MARGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** MARGUARD facilitates this process, thereby freeing me to attend to other parts of my business. Pricing information has also been updated in real-time to allow for the provision of competitive prices, thus increasing sales while expanding the profit margins. ### 2. It makes analysis easier since the sales insights are easily accessible and helps me to note trends faster. **What do you dislike about MARGUARD?** I am not able to switch and synchronize data or perform tasks between platforms, which slows down the workflow. MARGUARD provide all kinds of tools, but in terms of integration with my current e-commerce platform, there are not many automation. **What problems is MARGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** I spend looking for the information on the various platforms which in the long run will help in decision making. MARGUARD effectively addresses the problem of dispersed e-shop information by providing a single source of information. ### 3. I have been able to remain relevant and make adjustments on the prices we offer to our clients in order to improve profit margin. **What do you dislike about MARGUARD?** The reporting functionality seems rather rudimentary. Additional knowledge of the level of effectiveness of various approaches to pricing would help make more rational decisions. **What problems is MARGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** Competitor tracking and subsequent changes to my price were a tedious task when done without automation. As for me, MARGUARD has done it completely eliminating my time to focus on other matters concerning my business. ### 4. This approach seemed to simplify the security process of my online store to the latter. **What do you dislike about MARGUARD?** I was unable to modify the fraud filters according to the type of customers I received and their buying behaviors, which resulted in some of my clients being blocked this led to increased complaints from customers. MARGUARD fails to incorporate adequately. **What problems is MARGUARD solving and how is that benefiting you?** MARGUARD considered a useful instrument for e-commerce companies.
