Have lost considerable momentum as not clear on focus or roadmap. Backend product support has been severely impacted as continuous departures across staff.

Constant state of change, no clear roadmap, continue to try sell CPQ when we have no use case for it.

Providing more consistent and stable pricing to customers with discounts and transforming our discount setting from 100% sales controlled to pricing controlled. No clear documentation exists to get most out of it and have have constant customer success turnover.

Great folks and easy to wrk with.   Very accommodating and customer first attitude

Not really too much.  They understand our business, but sometimes can get too technical from our side of the  sales standpoint.   Our business application specialist, as well as IT are very in sync, but sometimes we need them to 'simplify' for the front line.

Our company implemented a new revenue management system 3 years ago for our US market so I am not sure how Zilliant will interact with this system.

I have used many cpq tools on multiple crm tools but this is quite unique in its own way. It is very innovative in terms of ways and pretty easy to use and configurable.

It is still evolving as a tool, might not be a great fit for big enterprises, and lacks a few business processes and flows. But overall they can work on the scalability of the tool as well to handle huge catalog size and data model.

**What do you like best about Zilliant?**

All analytics management is very useful, price analysis, profitability, predictive and real-time, allow us to be aware of the ups and downs of prices at national and international level. It has a tool for calculating costs and prices, which helps us to make accurate and error-free calculations of our prices. Being able to track competitor's prices is another advantage that the software gives us, to create sales strategies, discounts, offers and much more.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant?**

It can take a while to get the updated information you need. And it needs a stable internet connection so that it can provide the analysis quickly, otherwise it slows down the system. It is a little difficult to understand the program at first, its learning curve was a little high, but the accounting staff was able to learn how to use it. And once they did, they took advantage of all the tools. The interface with so many functions and tools in sight is cumbersome, which further slows down learning the program, it is not easy to navigate.

**Recommendations to others considering Zilliant:**

We recommend this software in our company, as we have seen how we have achieved good levels of profits and sales, we have been able to create strategies for discounts and promotions, knowing exactly our profits, to reach more customers. Undoubtedly the best software in its category. With this software our profits have increased considerably and we have avoided losses as well, because we have analyzed the entire market for our products and services and we can sell with confidence that our profit margins are good and our prices are competitive.

Since we use this software we can be sure that our costs are the right ones for the current market and we are in line with our competitors. The program gives us very interesting and accurate data on the prices of our products in the market and thus know if our prices are correct. It has tools for real-time price analysis, price prediction and profitability, to get a better overview of the entire market. It allows you to create quotes automatically in just a couple of clicks, and you can also create more elaborate custom quotes. It has competitor price tracking, so we can analyze them and adjust our prices and profit margins.

for our company since we implemented Zilliant we obtained a price optimization and solved many sales challenges, which resulted in a better control of our performance in the industrial labor field, it is incredible how only one software allows our optimization with simple and active tools.
The system has been innovative and for the companies it has managed to improve stability in sales and payments to ease the work and automate the service, very happy with what it offers and happy with what it offers.

This software does not have any limitations, the only thing is that it is generally applauded to companies that are in the industrial area but nevertheless our team considers that it is still excellent.

The greatest benefit we obtained when we implemented this software was that our performance and margins improved considerably because it is specialized in electronic commerce, price and cost calculations, budgets, etc., for which we strongly recommend it.
Each tool works and what it offers us is attractive, delivering great results and fulfilling our objectives very happy.

I think, most important part in our pricing journey is omnichannel approach.Zilliant offer one tool for manage pricing with an omni-channel approach . Besides they have end to end multiple solutions for customer life.
These tools have certainly improved our internal processes as well as operational efficiency, enabling us to make fact based decisions in pricing issues

I thought a lot about this question. I wish it was an on-premise system. Therefore data transfer processes and effort would not be required

We are using PriceIQ to optimize pricing B2B and B2C channel with an omnichannel approach using micro segmentation. Besides we use the SalesIQ tool to make the right product recommendations at the right time to the right customer. Thanks to these tools, we improved our determination and sales while taking fast and accurate decision in scope departments.

**What do you like best about Zilliant?**

Zilliant has a fabulous pricing tool steeped in  the science and technology needed to operationalize pricing across a wide array of circumstances. Their implementation process is absolutely amazing and when you follow their recommendations you can gain adoption and support for the tool quickly. We share an emphasis on transformation (change) management and adoption that suited them well. Plus, the team is amazingly talented and knowledgeable and super responsive. Their Customer Success Manager's take their jobs at face value and do what is need to help you be successful. You aren't just choosing a software solution when you choose a pricing tool, you're choosing a pricing partner - Zilliant is the perfect pricing partner.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant?**

The downside of any pricing tool is the data - you need good data to get good pricing; this can be a big undertaking and is a constantly evolving situation. Zilliant helps manage that process with you but they can only do so much - the data is on your business. The other obstacle is adoption, confidence is the most important thing any person presenting pricing needs to have, if the seller doesn't have confidence it doesn't matter what the science behind the price is. Zilliant has done a tone to support our seller's in having pricing confidence based on our data.

**What problems is Zilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a diversified product offering in multiple states with varying customer industry and size in a rental market where pricing is heavily based on utilization and product availability. Sellers in our team have legacy experience with pricing and have used their own methods to derive pricing, having confidence in a tool that provides a science based envelope is a challenge. We were able to overcome that through good change management and have been able to operationalize the tool in such a way as to meet and exceed all of our return estimates.

**What do you like best about Zilliant?**

Zilliant excels at understanding my unique business needs and customizing a solution to address them. I have worked on many projects with Zilliant including our pricing solution in our new eCommerce environment. They have a strong team of knowledgeable associates which really gives them a competitive edge. Zilliant consistently provides feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our margins based off their own team of data scientists analyzing our data. I consider them a part of our strategic planning process and the welcome the the opportunity to participate in our short, medium and long-term goals.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant?**

There are a lot of products they offer which can become confusing at times but they are in the process of consolidating them. The good news is that this results from many new innovations in their technology.

**Recommendations to others considering Zilliant:**

Look at more than just pricing/margin optimization with Zilliant. They are great at artificial intelligence as well. Great insights with our data.

**What problems is Zilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest issue we have been solving with Zilliant is the impact on margin erosion when opening an eCommerce website. We have worked on a solution with Zilliant since the beginning of work on the website and they have been partners throughout the process. My business has also acquired another company and has moved them onto our ERP system. Many of the customers are shared between both businesses and we needed a solution as to how to offer individual pricing respective to the business with one customer account. Zilliant has been instrumental in helping us come up with a great solution.

**What do you like best about Zilliant?**

The software itself is versatile and user friendly, but I like how Zilliant supports their customers through having a strong Customer Success practice. Their professional service team really does a great job at listening to the customer to help drive success and adoption of the product.

I also like how Zilliant's product and commercial teams are open to exploring out-of-the-box types of solutions. My experience is that they listen to what a customer wants and try to design a solution that fits that client.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant?**

There's nothing I dislike, per se, though I have seen some vendors in the marketplace who's UI may be more visually appealing and have more features.

**What problems is Zilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are optimizing our price guidance for a number of our businesses. We are managing pricing and creating analytical reporting through Zilliant tools in a number of our businesses. The benefits have been sizeable, as Zilliant allows us to identify and address cases when we are not pricing appropriately. Furthermore, it allows us to sustain pricing practices and strategies that are working for us.

**What do you like best about Zilliant?**

Dedicated implementation team. Knowledgeable CSMs provide excellent after-sales support. Willingness to experiment and customize their platform. Robust integration with our SAP system.

**What do you dislike about Zilliant?**

They are more a SalesForce shop so the Dynamics integration was choppy. However, they stuck with it and were able to deliver what they promised without additional cost overruns.

**Recommendations to others considering Zilliant:**

Slam dunk if you use SalesForce as your CRM, but can integrate even if you don't have a CRM system. The pricing system is getting better all the time.

**What problems is Zilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The antiquated pricing system that didn't adjust for market dynamics. Lack of sales process for our outside sales team. We saw better than anticipated margin improvement and significant lift from the insights we received.

Zilliant analytics are very insightful.  The Zilliant team is very professional and easy to work with.  We have Customer Success Managers assigned to our account to provide assistance and ensure that we are taking full advantage of everything Zilliant has to offer.

Initially the program would run a bit slower than I would like, but that happens very infrequently now.

**What problems is Zilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zilliant helped us reduce the disparity in our price levels.  It also helps us make strategic adjustments to price levels based on changes in market conditions.  Zilliant gives us the ability to adjust prices faster than we ever have in the past.

The customer specific analytics helped provide our sales team with actionnable intelligence for given clients. This resulted in re-centering focus on client accounts based on the possibility of increased sales and future expected revenue.

I disliked the lack of ''ease of communication'' between the main tabs: dashboard/opportunities/contacts/quotes.

Improve interface interactions between the main tabs.
