To map and track sample and count requests from customers go get the feedback management system to automate segment and track the lead generation based on different domains. What were your goals for this project? To get the solution on the challenges identified by champions group and have a user friendly environment for all the users for a smooth business transactions. Also Implement the Marketing automation tool to automate the overall B2B marketing. **What do you like best about Mannya Techno Solutions?** The results were as expected with user friendly environment, fully automated with the overall satisfactory feedback. The gelling between Champions group and Mannya techno solutions, is the strength to run the project successful with the expected out comes. We use JIRA for project management. Which is fulfilled by Mannya Techno Solutions. Mannya integrated Champion Info Metrics website with their salesforce instance which eliminated a lot of manual work for the staff to keep the salesforce database updated. Mannya Techno Solutions provided extensive and user training so that staff from all departments executed their activities using both Salesforce and Pardot. Implemented multiple tracker domains for their different domains. ### 3. Mannya was appointed as the integrator for our project to setup Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (incl. FSL) for us. Their role included understanding our requirements in detail and then proposing the modules and layout of Sales & Service Cloud from Salesforce. **What do you like best about Mannya Techno Solutions?** Mannya excel at the following: 1. Timely delivery 2. Prompt Response to queries and problems brought to their notice 3. Personal involvement of the top management whenever a ticket was raised 4. Good understanding of setting up Sales & Service Cloud **What do you dislike about Mannya Techno Solutions?** One major problem we faced (partly due to our lack of understanding of rolling out a new software) was to not discuss the benefits of Salesforce offerings out of the box. We spent a lot of time defining what we wanted from the system and Mannya built it. In the end it was too complicated and we had to roll back to out of the box offerings of Salesforce. If we had a chance to see the workflow of the standard Salesforce Sales Cloud, we could've saved a lot of time, effort and money. Another slight issue we have seen is that a lot of fields were created for each module without dependencies on other modules although there should have been. **Recommendations to others considering Mannya Techno Solutions:** Make sure you understand the end product that Mannya is handling for you.
