
What I appreciate most is its real-time traffic monitoring and detailed insights into bandwidth usage. It helps me identify top talkers, track traffic by application or interface, and set alerts for unusual behavior. The interface is simple enough for quick deployment, and auto-discovery of devices saved us a lot of manual setup time. We use it daily to monitor network performance across multiple branches, and it integrates well with our existing ServiceDesk Plus instance for automatic ticket creation. The UI feels outdated and sometimes hard to navigate, especially when pulling long-term reports. Also, under heavy usage or large data sets, it tends to lag or consume too many resources.
