What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?

Bulk job closure is not available, so users must close work orders one at a time, which can be time-consuming. Preventive maintenance schedules do not auto-adjust if jobs are completed late, requiring manual calendar changes across multiple schedules. Some teams struggle with learning the software, especially if they are less tech-savvy or lack sufficient training. What do you like best about Maintenance Care?

This system has so much potential when running a large business. The platform is fairly user friendly and easy to navigate. I am not only able to list all of the company's assets (that automatically generate convenient asset barcodes), but also link them to the scheduled maintenance tasks which is great to keep a record of the repairs/maintenance. This can also be helpful for the financial records! My next mission is to implement the inventory features which also seems fairly straight forward and can also link the parts to each of our assets! Can't wait to see what else this system can do. So exciting!

Since I have been using this program for only a few short weeks, I did have to reach out to customer support once or twice. They are very responsive, personable and quick to get you back on your feet. Keep up the good work! The wiki help feature is also quite nice as it guides you step by step. What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?

I have not yet utilized all the systems' capabilities, but everything so far has been relatively easy to use. The only thing I can say that can be a little overwhelming for some individuals it the Detsets feature. I have been combining our assets into Groupset and Detsets in order to link them to our scheduled maintenance tasks. If there was a way to only input the information once into groupset, I think this would make things a lot easier for some people. But with a quick crash course using the wiki help, I was able to successfully learn how to complete this in a short amount of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maintenance Care?

I was interested in Maintenance Care to help move my Facility away from our paper-based log-book PM system. Work orders were phone calls and emails. The Maintenance Care system is very well priced considering the amount of features and functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maintenance Care?

Our previous software was very complicated and very expensive. My team use Maintenance Care constantly thoughout the day, it was very easy to integrate and e have used Maintenance Care for serveral year. Not only is it easy to use but it is very reasonably priced. We were looking for software to handle multiple daily requests within different departments (plumbling, housekeeping, IT, etc.). It was very easy to set up and impliment and there was always someone available for assistance if needed. For requesters, no logging in is required and it is a very simple process to place a request. We were able to make changes to the fiels required as we went along and needed for information from requesters. Based on the information entered by the requester, the request is automatically assigned to a specific technician For managers and administrators, it is simple to work with the request as needed (move it to pending, delayed, closed, etc.). Setting up scheduled tasks is easy and saves a lot of time. The abilty to track parts and assets is very helpful as everything is now in one place. The mobile app works very well and enables everyone to stay on top of things when away from their desk. Ongoing customer support once the software was up and running contiued to be excellent with someone always available to assist. Overall we are very happy with Maintenance Care. What do you dislike about Maintenance Care?

The only thing that doesn't work as I wish it would is that once a request has been entered, the body of it cannot be changed. In some instances we have users who enter a requst for an event set up and as it gets closer fo the event date, they need to make changes to the original request. What do you like best about Maintenance Care?

This is a follow up to a previous review some time ago. We're still loving MaintenanceCare and all the things our version of the system provides. I really would like a notification system put in place so my team can sty up to date with work orders placed. Right now we have to have to systems in place one for work orders and one for emergencies.

This system is seamless and easy to get into. It covers a large swath of features you might be looking for in a maintenance system. You can customize, to a certain degree, the system to fit your needs. We use this system for daily activities along with long term planning. The customer support is always kind and very helpful.
