
Up until recently, when most features were put behind a paid subscription modell, I was using the product daily for insights as to who opened emails, when emails were opened, and attachment engagement. I still have access to these features, but don't use the paid version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The paid subscription model is irritating. I do think it is still valuable, but the cost is high for what is being offered in regards to email insights. That's my only gripe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
