## About Mailtracker
MailTracker is a privacy-friendly email & PDF tracking platform for Gmail and Chrome. MailTracker is a tool that allows users to track the delivery and opening of their emails. It works by adding an invisible tracking image to the emails that are sent through the MailTracker service. When the recipient opens the email and the tracking image is loaded, MailTracker records the event and provides the user with information about the delivery and opening of the email, such as the time and location of the event. In addition to email tracking, MailTracker also offers a PDF tracking feature, which allows users to track the opening and engagement of PDF documents that are sent through the service. This can be useful for verifying that important documents have been received and reviewed by the recipient, or for tracking the effectiveness of PDF marketing materials.

**What do you like best about Mailtracker?**

Up until recently, when most features were put behind a paid subscription modell, I was using the product daily for insights as to who opened emails, when emails were opened, and attachment engagement. I still have access to these features, but don't use the paid version.

**What do you dislike about Mailtracker?**

The paid subscription model is irritating.  I do think it is still valuable, but the cost is high for what is being offered in regards to email insights. That's my only gripe.

**What problems is Mailtracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mailtracker has been great for when I'm sending reporting to client and they claim they haven't received it-I can easily reference Mailtracker to see if they opened the email.

Very easy to use. All the desired results are shown and the sorting logic is up-to-date.

**What do you dislike about Mailtracker?**

Mailtracker doesn't have many cons. But the name of the person whom you are sending message should me mentioned.

**What problems is Mailtracker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working as a sales manager in an ed-tech company. Emailtracker helps us check whether the lead has seen the mails.
